The Quantum Adjudicator 1 is an Origin Sector hostile that patrols the Q-arc systems at levels 61 to 63. It spawns as three hull types, Battleship, Explorer, and Interceptor, so the ship you bring depends on the variant you engage. It drops Raw Isogenite. One rule sits above the rest: only Federation, Romulan, and Klingon ships can fight it at all, so bring one of those in the hull that counters the variant on the map.

How to beat the Quantum Adjudicator 1

Read its Almost Omnipotent ability before you send anything at it. This hostile can only be engaged by Federation, Romulan, and Klingon ships, or the U.S.S. Vengeance. Any other ship is struck down at the start of combat and never lands a shot, so an off-faction hull is wasted here. Pick a Federation, Romulan, or Klingon ship first, then sort out the hull matchup.

Because it appears as three hulls, match your ship to the variant in front of you. The combat triangle is simple: Interceptors beat Battleships, Battleships beat Explorers, and Explorers beat Interceptors. Survey ships barely fight, so leave them docked. Against the Battleship variant bring an Interceptor, against the Explorer variant bring a Battleship, and against the Interceptor variant bring an Explorer. Check the system before you commit so your faction ship is also the right hull.

For crew, seat a captain who boosts weapon damage against hostiles and fill the other chairs with officers that add damage or mitigation. These spawns sit at levels 61 to 63, well past the early game, so a cadet starter crew will not hold up; use current top picks instead. Plan for its Judicious Preparation ability, which fires at the start of combat and raises its own Isolytic Damage, Isolytic Defense, Apex Barrier, and Apex Shred. It opens the fight already buffed on offense and defense, so it hits harder and absorbs more than its base stats suggest. Its Almost Omnipotent effect also gives it a Critical Damage Floor of 300%, meaning its critical hits never fall below triple damage. Both point the same way: bring enough firepower to end the fight quickly rather than trading blows over many rounds.

It roams Origin Sector systems at warp 6, and the level 61 and 63 spawns share the same wide spread of systems. Any of the systems below can hold it, so pick the closest one inside your warp range. Because both levels appear across the same list, you can farm 61s and 63s on a single trip.

Rewards and what it drops

Its one drop is Raw Isogenite, a high-tier material fed into refining for endgame builds. Each kill returns a wide range of it, from several hundred up to a few thousand, so the Quantum Adjudicator 1 works as an Isogenite farm when you need that material. It also gives ship XP that scales with level, 18,000 at level 61 and 32,000 at level 63, which makes it a fair leveling target on the side.

It carries two energy weapons and two kinetic weapons, and all four fire every round. Both types land the same per-shot damage, but the danger is the crit: every gun crits for triple damage on a 30% chance, which stacks with its 300% critical damage floor into heavy spikes. The Q Continuum in Star Trek

Q is one of the strangest figures in Star Trek, an all-powerful being from an extradimensional realm called the Q Continuum. He first appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation, putting humanity on trial in the series premiere and returning to needle Captain Picard for years after. Grind it when you need Raw Isogenite, since that is its whole payout, and take the ship XP as a bonus while you level a hull. The real gate is the faction lock: you must field a Federation, Romulan, or Klingon ship, so it is off the table for a Neutral fleet.
