No Truth But Fiction is a level 68 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command and part of the Cult Eternus storyline. After Howards betrays you and the rescue of Maia fails in All Together, Data needs more power to break into Maia’s codebase. The one objective is to upgrade Operations to level 68. It needs warp 1 to start and to complete and pays 150,000 6★ Raw Gas, 180 6★ Common Refined Ore and 443,000 Raw Σ-Tritanium.
No Truth But Fiction objectives
There is a single objective and no choice split:
- Upgrade Operations to level 68.
Worf is furious at the betrayal and vows to send Howards to Gre’thor. Picard asks everyone to keep their composure for Maia’s sake: the Cult has the upper hand for now, but the fight is not over. Data reports slow progress on Maia’s code. The Progenitors built in failsafes and firewalls to keep people out of their technology, and Montgomery Scott added protections of his own. More power would speed things up, so Picard asks you to upgrade Operations. Once it is done, Data reroutes the extra power to Research & Development.
Where and what warp
There is no pickup system and no travel. Both the start and the finish are at warp 1. The recommended level is 68, which matches the Operations level you need.

Tips
The Operations 68 upgrade is the whole mission. Start it as soon as you can, because the next three missions all wait behind it.
