Appeals to Reason is a level 68 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command and part of the Cult Eternus storyline. Data’s work may soon locate Maia, but getting her back will take allies, so Worf sets out to win over Chancellor Gowron. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 1500 to complete, includes one fight against Klingon rebels, and pays 108,000 6★ Raw Crystal and 130 6★ Common Refined Ore. Gowron turns you down.
Appeals to Reason objectives
There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Meet with Chancellor Gowron. Location: Dantak-6.
- Defeat the rebels. Location: Dantak-6.
- Convince Chancellor Gowron to help. Location: Kronos.
Worf believes Martok’s defeat will have turned the Klingon people against the Cult, even though he and Gowron parted badly last time. When you arrive in Dantak-6, Gowron’s fleet is already fighting Klingon rebels who tried to put a blade in his back. He tells Worf to fight with him or get out of the way. The rebels are listed at about 13.4 billion strength.
With the rebels in retreat, Gowron sends his seventh fleet after them and takes Worf aside on Kronos. He accuses Starfleet of only helping when it stands to gain, and refuses: the Empire has nothing to gain from attacking the Cult. His fleets will stay home and defend Kronos to the last warrior.

No pickup system is listed. The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 1500 to complete, with the fight in Dantak-6 and the meeting on Kronos. The recommended level is 68.

Tips
The rebel fight is the only combat in this group of three missions, and at about 13.4 billion strength it is a real test. Bring your strongest combat ship to Dantak-6.
After the fight, the last objective is a meeting on Kronos, so you can repair on the way if the rebels hurt you.
