No Fighting in the War Room is a Borg storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you meet faction representatives to plan an assault on the Borg hive. The game lists a recommended level of 1; it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to complete. True to its name, there is no combat: you travel to Deneva and Tejat, then donate 850,000 Parsteel to build the Dissimilation Center. You start with the meeting on Deneva, then scout and check a site in Tejat. The last step is the Parsteel donation for the Dissimilation Center. No hostile is listed at any point.

This is the quiet step between two large fights. Part of Something Bigger, the mission before it, pays 2,791,000 Parsteel, which covers the 850,000 donation here more than three times over. Precursor, next in line, sends you to Torana to lead one faction’s task force against assimilated ships, a Borg Probe and a Borg Cube.

Tips
Keep the Parsteel from Part of Something Bigger. Holding back 850,000 of it means you can clear this mission as soon as you reach Tejat.
Send any ship with the warp range. With no combat, there is no need to tie up your main fighter, and it can spend the time getting ready for Precursor.
