Immortal Arrow Class

The Immortal Arrow Class is a Romulan Interceptor hostile that roams Romulan space between levels 50 and 60. It spawns only as an Interceptor hull, so an Explorer is the ship you want against it. Kills drop 5★ Broken Interceptor Parts along with Federation and Klingon reputation, and they cost you some Romulan standing. Its combat ability makes the opening rounds hit hard, so bring enough hull to ride them out.

How to beat the Immortal Arrow Class

The Immortal Arrow Class only appears as an Interceptor, so bring an Explorer. Explorers counter Interceptors, and because this hostile never swaps hull, you can commit to one Explorer build across the whole level 50 to 60 range without re-crewing for a different class.

Its ship ability, Revolutionary Spirit, increases its Critical Hit Damage for the first five rounds of combat: 30% at levels 50 to 52, 60% at levels 53 to 55, and 100% at level 56 and above. That means its early crits land far harder than its base damage suggests, so either burst it down fast or stack hull and mitigation to soak the opening rounds until the bonus runs out. The bonus only touches critical hits, so the swing depends on how often those crits land during that five-round window. Against the level 56 and higher spawns, where the boost doubles its crit damage, a slower Explorer build risks taking its worst hits before it can answer.

For crew, lead with a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles, then fill the other seats with officers that add damage or mitigation. If you are clearing these at lower officer levels, the evergreen cadet crew of Cadet Kirk as captain with Cadet Spock and Cadet Uhura still holds up. For current top picks, see the Officer Tier List. Crews shift with the meta, so treat any named lineup as a starting point rather than a fixed answer.

Where to find the Immortal Arrow Class

The Immortal Arrow Class clusters in Romulan systems. The lower levels sit at warp 185 in systems like Omadi, Timvir, and van Vlerken, and the spawns push deeper and higher as you climb, reaching warp 400 for the level 59 and 60 versions in Intello, S’nruba, and Solis Alpha. Match your warp to the level band you want to farm.

Level Warp Systems
50–51 185 Omadi, Timvir, van Vlerken
52–53 185 Hajamieli, Kiyratari, Omadi, Timvir, van Vlerken
54–55 230 Hajamieli, Kiyratari, Omadi, S’nruba, Timvir
56 255 Hajamieli, Kiyratari, S’nruba, Solis Alpha, Timvir
57–58 320 Hajamieli, Intello, Kiyratari, S’nruba, Solis Alpha
59–60 400 Intello, S’nruba, Solis Alpha

Rewards and what it drops

The Immortal Arrow Class is a reputation-and-parts target. Every kill drops 5★ Broken Interceptor Parts and pays Federation and Klingon reputation, while lowering your Romulan reputation because you are attacking a Romulan ship. Ship XP scales steeply with level, from 3,000 at level 50 to 11,904 at level 60, so higher spawns are better for leveling a ship you want to grow. The Broken Interceptor Parts are the main draw, since they feed repairs and upgrades on your own 5-star Interceptors, and stockpiling them ahead of a big fight saves you the wait later.

Drop What it is
5★ Broken Interceptor Parts Repair components for 5-star Interceptor ships
Federation Points Federation faction reputation, raises your Federation standing
Klingon Points Klingon faction reputation, raises your Klingon standing
Romulan Points Romulan reputation, but a loss here since you are attacking a Romulan target

Immortal Arrow Class firing pattern

The Immortal Arrow Class fires a single Energy weapon every round plus three Kinetic weapons every other round. The Kinetic volley is where most of its damage lands, so time your mitigation or repairs for the rounds it fires. Paired with Revolutionary Spirit boosting crit damage early, its first Kinetic salvo is the moment to have your defenses up.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energy 1 200,312–244,825 Every round 10% (1.8x)
Kinetic 3 480,748–587,586 Every other round 10% (1.8x)

The Romulans in Star Trek

The Romulans are an offshoot of the Vulcans who left their homeworld rather than accept Surak’s teachings of pure logic, settling Romulus and Remus and building the Romulan Star Empire. They kept the raw emotion and ambition their Vulcan cousins learned to suppress, and they turned it toward a secretive, militarized society run in the shadows by the Tal Shiar intelligence service. Their warships pioneered cloaking technology, letting them strike from concealment and vanish again. In Star Trek Fleet Command, Romulan hostiles like the Immortal Arrow Class reflect that doctrine of the fast, hard-hitting ambush.

Is the Immortal Arrow Class worth grinding?

It is worth your time if you need 5★ Broken Interceptor Parts or want Federation and Klingon reputation, and the strong ship XP makes it handy for leveling a ship. The catch is the Romulan reputation loss, so skip it if you are trying to build Romulan standing. If you are farming for parts rather than reputation, the mid-band levels around 54 to 56 give a good balance of drop value and a warp cost most players can reach. Practical tip: match your warp to the level band, bring an Explorer with enough hull to survive Revolutionary Spirit’s opening crits, and pick the spawn level your ship can clear cleanly.
