Final Preparations is the station break between two long trips: The Fourth Pillar sends you to warp 150 and Containment to warp 110.
Tips
The separate R&D Department Level 47 mission asks for the same upgrade and pays 100 100K Dilithium Tokens and 60 8 Hour Speed Ups, so check that one too when the building reaches 47.
Start gathering the 4★ Rare and Uncommon Refined Gas early. Parsteel and Dilithium build up from normal play, but 10,000 of each refined gas takes planning.
