Fighting for Our Lives is a level 27 Romulan storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you fight off Starfleet. It can be picked up at warp 1 and needs warp 22 to finish, with a fight in Alhazar and a return to Romulan space in Biruin. The one battle is a Starfleet ship at about 200,000 strength. The rewards are all reputation: 8,000 Romulan Points and 160 Romulan Credits, with small Federation and Klingon losses.
Fighting for Our Lives objectives
There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Find the Starfleet ships. Location: Alhazar.
- Defeat the Starfleet Ship. Location: Alhazar. Enemy strength is roughly 200,351.
- Return to Romulan Space. Location: Biruin.
- Return to your Station.
The first two steps are in Alhazar: locate the Starfleet ships, then beat the one you are sent after. After that you fall back to Biruin in Romulan space, and finally return home to collect the rewards.
Where and what warp
Fighting for Our Lives has no named pickup system and can be picked up at warp 1. Completing it takes warp 22, which covers Alhazar and Biruin. The recommended level is 27.
The Starfleet ship at roughly 200,351 strength is the only fight and the real test of readiness.

All three are level 27 missions and pay 8,000 Romulan Points, while each takes 5,184 Federation Points and 3,456 Klingon Points. A Change of Scenery has you kidnap Starfleet scientists and bring them to Romulan space; this mission deals with Starfleet’s response; From Every Angle turns to stopping a Klingon assault. The fights across the three sit in a narrow band around 200,000 strength, so a ship that clears one can clear the others.
Tips
Bring your combat ship straight to Alhazar. Finding the ships is the first step and the fight follows immediately.
Plan for From Every Angle. It has two fights, both near 200,000, and one of them is back in Biruin where this mission sends you, so you can pick it up without a long trip.
Keep an eye on the reputation losses. They are small per mission, but this storyline repeats them several times.
