Enlisted is an early Orion Syndicate mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. The Syndicate wants a Corvallen scientist to work for them, and you are the neutral party sent to close the contract. The game lists a recommended level of 13. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 8 to complete. After meeting Juna in Zamam, you tell him whether to trust the Syndicate, and that choice decides the ending and the reward. Either way you get an Orion Manifest.
Enlisted objectives
Both paths begin with the same two steps:
- Meet with Juna on Voltama. Location: Zamam.
- Give Juna your impression of the Orion Syndicate.
Then the mission splits on your answer.
Tell him to trust them
- Transport Juna to Orion Prime. Location: Orion.
Tell him not to trust them
- Return to Underboss Arvent. Location: Orion.
Neither path has a fight. Both end in the Orion system, so the travel is the same whichever answer you give.
Where and what warp
No pickup system is listed. The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 8 to complete, which covers Zamam and Orion.
The recommended level is 13. Since there is no combat, the level mostly reflects where the mission sits in the Syndicate story rather than a strength check.

Completing either path unlocks the next mission, Motives.
Which answer to give
The only difference is the resource. Trusting the Syndicate pays 1,900 Parsteel; distrusting them pays 1,000 Tritanium. If Tritanium is what holds up your next upgrade, the distrust answer is the one to give; if Parsteel is short, trust them instead. Neither choice changes the Orion Manifest, and neither adds a fight or an extra system.

All of them finish at warp 8, and the recommended levels only span 12 to 16, so this group can be cleared in one stretch. Enlisted pays more raw resources than Paid Debts or Restructuring, while Show of Force and Silence Bought are the ones that offer Lucia Gonzales shards.
Tips
Run it back to back with Show of Force, the mission before it. Both finish in Orion, and neither needs more than warp 8.
The Orion Manifest arrives on both paths, so there is no wrong answer if the manifest is what you are after.
