Decisions, Decisions is a five-part mission chain built around choices. After checking on what Q is up to, you face three crises at once: a supervolcano threatening the people of AV356 in Kalla, a bioweapon on Uizoiak in Kuat, and a moon drifting toward Dadov in Zizeyab. You pick the order, handle all three across Parts 2 to 4, and then confront Q in Part 5. Every part is recommended for level 38, starts at warp 1 and needs no more than warp 47. Each crisis has a different version for Parts 2, 3 and 4, with its own costs and rewards, so your route decides how much you spend. The chain pays mostly Parsteel, Tritanium and XP.

Decisions, Decisions Part 1
Check what Q is up to. You find him in Karppinen, deal with an offender, protect a colony ship in Mige and then choose where to go first.

- Defeat 3 hostiles of level 38 or higher.

The three options are to save AV356 from the supervolcano (reach the Kalla system), prevent war on Uizoiak (reach the Kuat system), or stop the moon of Dadov (reach the Zizeyab system). All three pay the same Part 1 rewards.

Decisions, Decisions Part 2
Part 2 is the first crisis you chose. Each version ends with you picking which of the two remaining planets to visit next; that choice does not change the Part 2 rewards. Warp to complete is 47 for all three versions.
Uizoiak bioweapon (Kuat)

- Defeat 5 hostiles of level 38 or higher.

- Use 10M Tritanium to contain the bioweapon.

Save the people of AV356 (Kalla)
- Reach AV356 in Kalla.
- Find the blocked spaceport in Kalla.
- Disable the saboteur’s ship in Kalla (enemy strength ~937,932).
- Donate 9M Tritanium to reinforce defenses.
- Send the probe in Kalla.
- Choose Kuat or Zizeyab as the next stop.
Rewards: 893,000 Dilithium, 500 3★ Interceptor Parts, 400 Romulan Recruit Token, 3,600 Iso-emulsion.
Protect Dadov from its moon (Zizeyab)
- Reach Dadov in Zizeyab.
- Find the cause of the orbit migration in Zizeyab.
- Use 1,000 3★ Raw Ore to create a gravimetric bomb.
- Place the bomb in Zizeyab.
- Activate the bomb in Zizeyab (enemy strength ~910,378).
- Choose Kalla or Kuat as the next stop.
Rewards: 893,000 Dilithium, 500 3★ Battleship Parts, 400 Federation Recruit Token, 180,000 Officer XP.
Decisions, Decisions Part 3
Part 3 is your second crisis. Each version pays 3,000 Ship XP plus its own Tritanium and 3★ resource.
Uizoiak bioweapon (Kuat)

- Prevent the release of a deadlier strain in Kuat.
- Donate 2M Dilithium to boost the vaccine research.
- Evacuate the survivors in Kuat.
- Get the alliances’ attention in Kuat (enemy strength ~902,683).

Save the people of AV356 (Kalla)
- Reach AV356 in Kalla.
- Donate 2M Dilithium to fix atmosphere filters.
- Find the blocked spaceport in Kalla.
- Donate 65M Parsteel to fix the cruiser’s nacelle.
- Collect the remaining survivors in Kalla.
Warp to complete: 38. Rewards: 7,700,000 Tritanium, 3,000 Ship XP, 3,500 3★ Raw Ore.
Protect Dadov from its moon (Zizeyab)
- Reach Dadov in Zizeyab.
- Share 10M Tritanium to finish the ship construction.
- Locate the stuck ship in Zizeyab.
- Destroy the malfunctioning ship in Zizeyab (enemy strength ~770,677).
- Use 60M Parsteel to install reinforced plating.
Warp to complete: 40. Rewards: 8,400,000 Tritanium, 3,000 Ship XP, 3,800 3★ Raw Crystal.
Decisions, Decisions Part 4
Part 4 is the last crisis. Every version ends with a return to your Station and pays Parsteel plus 3 3 Hour Repair Speed Up.

- Return to Station.

Confront Q and explain the implications of his decision. This last part happens close to home.

Tips for completing Decisions, Decisions
Your route matters more than your fleet. The costs sit in different places for each crisis: Uizoiak asks for 10M Tritanium in both its Part 2 and Part 4 versions, AV356 asks for 65M Parsteel in its Part 3 version, and Dadov asks for 60M Parsteel plus 10M Tritanium in its Part 3 version but nothing at all in Part 4.
Going by those listed costs, the cheapest order is Dadov first, Uizoiak second and AV356 last. That route costs only 1,000 3★ Raw Ore and 4M Dilithium in Parts 2 to 4, and it pays 58,310,000 Parsteel in Part 4. Leaving Uizoiak for last pays the most Parsteel (70,210,000), but either route that ends there puts AV356 or Dadov in Part 3, with a 65M or 60M Parsteel donation.
Warp 47 covers every version. The fights are small, all between about 770,000 and 940,000 strength, and the only sweeps are 3, 5, 7 or 10 hostiles depending on the version.
Are the Decisions, Decisions rewards worth it?
Yes, if you route it well. On the Dadov, Uizoiak, AV356 order you finish with about 86 million Parsteel, 5.8 million Tritanium, 230,000 Officer XP, 3,000 Ship XP, 600 Latinum and 800 recruit tokens, while spending little beyond 4M Dilithium and some 3★ ore. A careless route can hand back most of that Parsteel in donations. The STFC mission guide lists other level 38 chains.
