Warzones is a faction mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you side with your preferred faction in its war and help with Progenitor research. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 38 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. After visiting the ancient site on Carraya II, you choose to aid the Federation, the Romulans or the Klingonen. Each path has you collect 150 of that faction’s credits and defeat an enemy commander of about 741,000 to 771,000 strength. Every path pays 15,000,000 Parsteel and a single raw resource, and all three unlock Syndicated Science.
Warzones objectives
The shared opening has two objectives:
- Visit the ancient site on Carraya II. Location: Carraya.
- Choose which Faction to aid in the Progenitor research.
Choice A: aid the Federation
- Go to Sirius to assist the Federation with the research. Location: Sirius.
- Acquire 150 Federation Credits.
- Besiegen Sie die Romulanisch commander hiding in Axanar. Location: Axanar. Enemy strength is roughly 741,411.
Rewards: 15,000,000 Parsteel, 1 3★ Raw Erze.
Choice B: aid the Romulans
- Go to Nelvana to assist the Romulans with the research. Location: Nelvana.
- Acquire 150 Romulan Credits around Vendor.
- Defeat the Klingon Commander hiding in Unroth. Location: Unroth. Enemy strength is roughly 770,677.
Rewards: 15,000,000 Parsteel, 1 4★ Rohgas.
Choice C: aid the Klingons
- Go to Jiwu’puH to assist the Klingons with the research. Location: Jiwu’puH.
- Acquire 150 Klingon Credits around Quv Qeb.
- Defeat the Federation Commander hiding in Quv Qeb. Location: Quv Qeb. Enemy strength is roughly 747,676.
Rewards: 15,000,000 Parsteel, 1 4★ Raw Ore.
The three paths share a shape: travel to your faction’s research site, earn 150 of its credits, then defeat a commander from a rival faction.

Tips
Pick the faction whose credits you can earn fastest. The Parsteel is the same on every path, so the practical difference is how quickly you can collect 150 credits of that faction.
The Federation commander fight is the lightest by a small margin, and the Romulan path’s is the heaviest.
