Syndicated Science is a Star Trek Fleet Command story mission where you rescue an Orion scientist, Feyn, who has information about the ancient race. It opens at warp 1 and lists warp 11 to complete, moving from Deneva to Rigel. The game lists a recommended level of 1, but the Orion slaver ship holding Feyn is about 527,149 strength, and that fight is the real bar. The reward is 5,000,000 Parsteel and 750,000 Tritanium, and finishing it unlocks Perpetual Motion.
Syndicated Science objectives
Es gibt drei Ziele und keine Verzweigung:
- Travel to Deneva. Location: Deneva.
- Follow Feyn’s warp trail to Rigel. Location: Rigel.
- Defeat the Orion slaver’s ship and rescue Feyn. Location: Rigel. Enemy strength is roughly 527,149.
The first two steps are a chase. You start in Deneva, pick up Feyn’s warp trail and follow it to Rigel.
Rigel is where the Orion slaver has Feyn, and beating the slaver’s ship is both the only fight and the final step. The mission completes when the ship is destroyed and Feyn is rescued, with no trip back to your station.

Syndicated Wissenschaft becomes available at warp 1 and no pickup system is named. It lists warp 11 to complete, which covers Deneva and Rigel.
The recommended level is 1. That low number and the short warp can be misleading here: the slaver ship at over half a million strength is far tougher than the route suggests, so plan around that fight.

Syndicated Science follows Kriegsgebiete, where you work with your preferred faction on Progenitor research, and it leads into Perpetual Motion, a station mission. Current game Daten:

The warp requirement drops sharply from Warzones to Syndicated Science, but the fight stays in the same general range. Perpetual Motion then turns to your station and asks for Operations 36.
Tips
Bring the same ship you used for Warzones. The Orion slaver is a little weaker than the commanders there, so a ship that won that fight should handle this one.
Start planning Operations 36 now. Perpetual Motion pays 30,000,000 Parsteel once Operations reaches level 36, and the 5,000,000 Parsteel and 750,000 Tritanium from this mission can go toward that upgrade. More missions by level are on the Missionsleitfaden.
