Conspiracies is a Federation mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you help Zahra track down the leader of the Suliban Assassins. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 13 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The trail runs from Amador zu Kaikara, where you arrest a Suliban Captain of about 23,562, and ends at Starbase 82 in Lorillia. The reward is ten Zahra shards and 60 3★ Survey Parts, which makes it worth running for anyone collecting Zahra.

- Arrest the Suliban Captain. Location: Kaikara. Enemy strength is roughly 23,562.
- Bring the Suliban Captain to Starbase 82. Location: Lorillia.
The first half is detective work in Amador: follow the signal, trace it to Xezuk, and pay the Signal Hijacker 500 Dilithium. That points you to Kaikara, where you find the leader and arrest the Suliban Captain, the only fight. The mission ends when you deliver the captain to Starbase 82 in Lorillia.

The recommended level is listed as 1. The Suliban Captain at about 23,562 is the only real test, along with the small Dilithium bribe.

Conspiracies after Delegation
The mission before this one is Delegation, where you help Zahra escort a Föderation delegation to a summit. Both pay ten Zahra shards. Current game Daten:

Run both and you collect 20 Zahra shards. Delegation also ends at Starbase 82 in Lorillia, so the two Missionen share a finish point.
Tips
Keep 500 Dilithium on hand. The bribe is the third step, and the mission will not move on until you pay it.
Bring a combat ship for Kaikara. The Suliban Captain is only a little stronger than the assassin in Delegation, so the same ship should handle it.
The Survey Parts go toward survey ship upgrades, so this mission helps your miners as well as your officer roster.
