Upgrade Defense Platform A to Level 26 is a station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. The one objective is to raise Defense Platform A to level 26. It runs at warp 1 from start to finish and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the building upgrade is the whole requirement. The reward is 100,000 Tritanium and two 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups, which refunds about two thirds of the upgrade’s own Tritanium cost. Finishing it unlocks the Werft level 28 mission.

The only building requirement at level 26 is Drydock A 26. The other Defense Platforms have similar but not identical costs level for level. In the game’s own words, Verteidigungsplattformen are the last line of defense for the station, giving fire support behind your defending ships.

Where it sits in the station line
This mission is unlocked by Upgrade der Operationen auf Stufe 28, which pays 1,500,000 Tritanium, and it leads to Upgrade Schiffswerft: Stufe 28, which pays 600,000 Tritanium. The Defense Platform step is the smallest payout of the three.
Tips
Upgrade Drydock A first. It is the one building requirement for level 26, and the drydock also has to keep pace for level 27.
Put the Tritanium straight into level 27. The next platform level costs 223,200 Tritanium, and this reward covers close to half of it.
