The upgrade costs about 5.69 million Parsteel, 55,800 Tritanium and 10 3★ Ungewöhnlich Refined Ore, with an unboosted build time of about 21 hours 18 minutes. The 100,000 Tritanium reward covers the Tritanium part of that bill with 44,200 to spare.
