Time Sickness is a level 78 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command about a mysterious illness among the Thallorans. You pick it up in Lighania and need warp 5,000 to start and to complete, with the story split between the Werft in Otralitea and the synths’ base in Maphomia. There is no ship combat at all; the only cost is an 80K Σ-Dilithium donation. The reward is 344,000 Σ-Tritanium, 4,565,000 7★ Raw Gas and 413,000 7★ Broken Survey Parts. For a mission with no fights, that is a strong return.
Time Sickness objectives
There are eight objectives in order and no choice split:
- Proceed to the Shipyard. Location: Otralitea.
- Attend Mox’s funeral. Location: Otralitea.
- Take biometric scans. Location: Otralitea.
- Beam Ven to sick bay. Location: Otralitea.
- Set a course for the synths’ base. Location: Maphomia.
- Donate 80K Σ-Dilithium.
- Test the pod. Location: Maphomia.
- Return to the Shipyard. Location: Otralitea.
The first half takes place at the Shipyard in Otralitea, where the mission opens with Mox’s funeral and ends with Ven needing sick bay. The search for a cure then moves to the synths’ base in Maphomia, where the donation pays for a pod you test before heading back to the Shipyard.

The pickup system is Lighania. Warp to start and warp to complete are both 5,000, and the recommended level is 78.
Only two systems are used after the pickup, and you go back and forth once between them. With no hostiles listed, any ship with the range can run it.

No faction points are involved, so running it does not affect your standing with the Federation, the Klingonen or the Romulans.

Time Sickness is the lighter of the two, with a smaller donation and no hostiles to clear. Memory Lane pays more raw material but asks for a bigger payment and some fighting.
Tips
This is a good mission for a survey ship or any spare hull with warp 5,000, since nothing attacks you. Keep your main combat ship free for the fight-heavy missions at this level.
Have the 80K Σ-Dilithium ready when you reach Maphomia, since the pod test waits on it.
The Broken Survey Parts only help if you are working on a Survey ship. The Gravimetric Data counts toward the station missions that ask for data from the Margins and the Veil, such as the one needed for Operations 79. Ven first comes aboard in the level 70 Margins chain, and the other level 78 missions are on the mission guide.
