It needs warp 1 to start and finish, so there is no travel. The reward is 261,000 Σ-Tritanium, 3,459,000 7★ Raw Kristall and 60 30 Minute Σ-Repair Speed Ups, and completing it opens Recruitment Hall 79. It is the Σ-Tritanium half of the two level 78 building missions, and the upgrade behind it is expensive.

Check the Gießerei first. Foundry 78 is a listed requirement along with Operations 78 and R&D Department 78, and it is the only one of the three that is not part of the Science Lab 78 requirements.
