The Suliban Patrol is a Neutral hostile in Star Trek Fleet Command that spawns at levels 37 to 39 as an Interceptor. You find it in the Tiwoqua system at warp 40, and killing it drops Parsteel. Because it only shows up as an Interceptor, the fastest way to clear it is to bring an Explorer, the hull class that beats Interceptors.

How to beat the Suliban Patrol

The Suliban Patrol appears only as an Interceptor, so there is no hull to swap between as you level up. Bring an Explorer. Explorers counter Interceptors, which means your ship lands more of its damage while the Suliban Patrol struggles to punch through your defenses. Match its warp 40 requirement so you can actually reach Tiwoqua, then park on the spawn and grind.

One thing to note from its stats: the Suliban Patrol carries equal hull and shield HP at every level, so there is no obvious soft spot to target. That balance means your own damage output does the work, which is another reason the Explorer matchup helps you close fights faster.

For crew, the principle matters more than any single lineup. Put a captain in the chair who boosts weapon damage against hostiles, then fill the other two seats with Offiziere who add damage or mitigation. Named picks shift every time the game reworks the officer pool, so check the Officer Tier List for the current best crews at this level rather than locking into an old combo. A crew that was ideal a season ago may be mid-tier now.

The Suliban Patrol is a Neutral target, so hitting it does not move your reputation with the Föderation, Klingons, or Romulans. You can farm it as much as you like without worrying about your standing with any faction.

Where to find the Suliban Patrol

The Suliban Patrol clusters in a single system, so there is no hunting around for it. All three levels sit in Tiwoqua at warp 40, which means one trip covers the whole 37 to 39 range. Bring a ship that can reach warp 40 and you can farm every level in one place.

Rewards and what it drops

The Suliban Patrol is a Parsteel farm. Parsteel is the base building material you spend on almost every structure and upgrade in your station, so a steady supply is useful at any point in the game, and by the mid-30s you are usually burning through it faster than your mines produce it. Each kill also awards ship XP, and that XP climbs with the hostile’s level, so clearing level 39 spawns levels your ship faster than the level 37 ones. If your goal is ship XP rather than resources, park on the level 39 spawn.

Suliban Patrol stats

Stats climb steeply with level, so the jump from 37 to 39 is larger than it looks. These are the low, mid, and high anchor rows.

37 757,788 100,250 100,250 344,373 313,165 784
38 922,334 123,180 123,180 417,734 381,420 825
39 1,138,810 153,400 153,400 514,175 471,235 1,101

Suliban Patrol firing pattern

The Suliban Patrol carries two weapon types. Its single energy weapon fires every round for steady chip damage, while its two kinetic weapons fire every other round and hit far harder per shot. Time your repairs and mitigation for the rounds when the kinetic guns come online, since those are the shots that threaten your hull.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energie 1 50,434–61,641 Every round 10% (1.5x)
Kinetic 2 121,041–147,939 Every other round 10% (1.5x)

The Suliban in Star Trek

The Suliban are a canon species introduced in Star Trek: Unternehmen. Most are a peaceful, spacefaring people, but a faction known as the Suliban Cabal became the show’s early antagonists. Led by the operative Silik, the Cabal took orders from a mysterious figure in the future and underwent genetic Technik that gave them abilities such as bending their limbs at impossible angles, seeing in the dark, and holding their breath for long stretches. They were foot soldiers in the Temporal Cold War, a conflict fought across time that shadowed Captain Bogenschütze and the crew of the NX-01 Enterprise throughout the series.

Is the Suliban Patrol worth grinding?

It is a solid mid-game Parsteel and ship XP stop for players around levels 37 to 39. Everything sits in one system at one warp level, so setup is quick and you can farm all three levels without moving. The practical tip is simple: match warp 40, bring an Explorer to exploit the Interceptor matchup, and let the crew do the rest.
