Strange Meetings is a level 61 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command that pays out in Klingon Credits and Klingon Points. You pick it up in Ternodak, need warp 900 to start and warp 1,000 to complete, and spend most of it in Esteris. A worried Klingon mother sends you after her son Ratul, and you end up deciding the fate of a stranded Vulcan Abgesandter. Both endings pay 195,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel and 3,600 Klingon Credits; one adds 6,345,000,000 Tritanium, the other 260 6★ Gemeinsame Refined Ore.
Strange Meetings objectives
The first five steps are the same for everyone:
- Find the missing Klingon. Location: Tel’Droht.
- Follow the warp trail. Location: Esteris.
- Follow the ship’s trajectory. Location: Esteris.
- Defeat 14 hostiles of level 60 or higher.
- Return to the marooned soldiers. Location: Esteris.
- What should we do with Sulan?
Ratul serves on the Kash’taH, a worn-out bird-of-prey that began its last mission at Tel’Droht. A hangar owner there remembers patching the ship up and tells you the crew left for Esteris on a raid. In Esteris you follow a debris trail to a moon where Ratul is stranded with a Vulcan. His crew had attacked what they thought was a Föderation weapons convoy, found a Vulcan diplomatic transport instead, and then both ships were ambushed by pirates. The 14 hostiles are the pirates making passes over the survivors. Once they are gone, Ratul wants to go home and leave the Vulcan behind, while Sulan says he is on a peace mission for New Vulcan and asks to be taken back to his people.
Leave him marooned
- Return to Klingon space. Location: Petra.
You fly Ratul home and leave Sulan on the moon. Ratul’s mother is waiting for him when you arrive, and she is not pleased with her son.
Return him to Federation space
- Return Sulan to Federation space. Location: New Bombay.
Ratul refuses to share a ship with the Vulcan and stays behind on the moon. Sulan thanks you and resumes his diplomatic mission.
Wo und welcher Warp
Strange Meetings is picked up in Ternodak. It needs warp 900 to start and warp 1,000 to complete, and the extra range is for the Esteris leg and the final trip to Petra or New Bombay. The recommended level is 61.
Strange Meetings rewards
Both paths share 195,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel, 3,600 Klingon Credits and the same faction points. The third reward depends on the choice.
| Belohnung | Leave him marooned | Return him to Federation space |
|---|---|---|
| Tritanium | 6,345,000,000 | Keine |
| 6★ Common Refined Ore | Keine | 260 |
| Raw Σ-Parsteel | 195,000 | 195,000 |
| Klingon Credits | 3,600 | 3,600 |
| Klingon Points | 104,000,000 | 104,000,000 |
| Federation Points | -76,128,000 | -76,128,000 |
| Romulanisch Punkte | -203,008,000 | -203,008,000 |
Strange Meetings and Brothers in Blood
Ternodak offers a second level 61 mission, Brothers in Blood, where you track a missing war party. Both have the same warp numbers and faction rewards.
| Mission | Systeme | Warp | Kämpfen | Main rewards |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Strange Meetings | Tel’Droht, Esteris, then Petra or New Bombay | 900 to start, 1,000 to complete | 14 hostiles of level 60 or higher | 195,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel plus Tritanium or 6★ Common Refined Ore, depending on the choice |
| Brothers in Blood | Krokenia, Solas Astra | 900 to start, 1,000 to complete | 10 hostiles of level 61 or higher, then a fight of about 2.6 billion strength | 173,000 Latinum, 7,000,000 Parsteel |
Tips
Pick the Klingon ending if you need raw building material. The 6,345,000,000 Tritanium is a large amount, while 260 6★ Common Refined Ore is the better pick only if refined ore is what is holding up your next upgrade. See the Tritanium und Parsteel pages for where those resources go.
Neither choice changes your reputation outcome. Returning Sulan to the Federation still pays 104 million Klingon Points and costs 76,128,000 Federation Points and 203,008,000 Romulan Points, so the choice only swaps the third reward. Those point swings feed your Fraktionsruf, and the Klingonisch page covers what that side offers.
The only combat is the 14 kills, with no named boss, so this is easier on your ship than Brothers in Blood. If you plan to run both from Ternodak, bring a hull that handles level 61 hostiles, since the second mission asks for that and adds a harder fight. The mission guide lists everything else at this level.
