Silence is a Klingon story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you investigate a secret transmission between Kronos and the moon of Urtan. It is picked up in Ursva, needs warp 38 to start and to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. You track the transmission in Kronos, pay 50M Parsteel to the Klingon Magistrate, and uncover the secrets of Urtan. The reward is 12 3★ Rare Refined Kristall and 60 3★ Ungewöhnlich Refined Crystal, and it unlocks Geschützt.
Silence objectives

- Track down the source of the transmission on Kronos. Location: Kronos.
- Pay 50M Parsteel to the Klingonisch Magistrate.
- Discover the secrets of Urtan. Location: Ursva.
The trail starts on Kronos, where the Klingon Magistrate asks for 50M Parsteel. With that paid, you head back to Ursva, where Urtan is, to learn what the transmission was about. No hostile is listed anywhere in the mission.

Silence is picked up in Ursva and needs warp 38 both to start and to complete. The route runs from Ursva to Kronos and back.
The recommended level is 1. With no fight, warp 38 and the 50M Parsteel payment are the only things that decide when you can finish it.

Silence is the quiet opener. Sheltered brings the first fight of the story on one path and a 60M Tritanium payment on the other.
Tips
Save up the Parsteel. The 50M payment comes straight after the Kronos step, and it is the only real cost in the mission.
Any ship with the range will do. There is no enemy on the route, so a survey or mining ship can run it while your combat ship prepares for Sheltered.
The 12 3★ Rare Refined Crystal is the notable reward, since Rare grade crystal is scarcer than the Uncommon grade that makes up the rest of the payout. The two Missionen together can pay up to 120 3★ Uncommon Refined Crystal if you pay the 60M Tritanium in Sheltered.
