Red Flags is a short level 12 mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. You follow a mysterious transmission to the Eojur system and find a Nausicaan ambush waiting for you. The mission is offered in six early systems, needs warp 5 to start and warp 7 to complete, and has just two objectives. The only fight is the ambush at roughly 2,393 strength. The reward is 350 Tritanium, and the mission is a one-off with no follow-up part.
Red Flags objectives
Zwei Ziele, keine Verzweigung:
- Follow the transmission to Eojur. Location: Eojur.
- Defeat the Nausicaan Ambush. Location: Eojur. Enemy strength is roughly 2,393.
The transmission leads straight into a trap. When you arrive in Eojur the Nausicaans attack, and beating them completes the mission on the spot. There is no return-to-station step and nothing to donate.
Wo und welcher Warp
Red Flags is picked up in any of six systems: Imgra, Weh, Fostaa, Donfo, Collep and Honsao. It needs warp 5 to start and warp 7 to finish, because Eojur sits a little further out. The recommended level is 12.
Red Flags rewards
The reward is 350 Tritanium. The mission does not unlock a follow-up part.
Other missions from the same pickup systems
The same cluster of systems offers several other short Missionen at a similar level. Current game Daten:
| Mission | Recommended level | Warp | What you do | Belohnungen |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rote Fahnen | 12 | 5 to start, 7 to complete | Beat a Nausicaan ambush in Eojur (about 2,393) | 350 Tritanium |
| Ungesunder Wettbewerb | 11 | 5 to start, 7 to complete | Answer a distress signal, donate 400 Tritanium, return the wounded | 1 Lucia Gonzales shard |
| Kenne deinen Feind | 11 | 5 | Defeat 7 hostiles of level 9 or higher | 1 Lucia Gonzales shard |
| Rubinlauf | 10 | 5 | Carry research to Risa, beat an Enforcer (about 1,927) | 1,000 Parsteel |
| Abruf | 10 | 5 to start, 7 to complete | Track a stolen starship and beat a Yridian thief (about 2,935) | 6.000 Parsteel |
Red Flags has the highest recommended level of this group and a mid-range fight. It is the only one here that pays Tritanium, which makes it worth running when Tritanium is the resource holding up your next station upgrade. Unhealthy Competition actually costs more Tritanium than Red Flags pays back.
Tips
Bring a ship that can beat about 2,400 strength and go in at full health. The ambush is the entire mission, and losing it means flying back to Eojur.
Pick it up from whichever of the six systems is closest. The objectives are the same from every pickup point.
If you are working through the early Fostaa missions, Stuck In The Past is a nearby option with two fights in Fostaa and Recruit Tokens as the reward.
