Stuck In The Past is an early Klingon-themed mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. T’Kama plans to divide the Great Houses with a large-scale attack, and you stop him in Fostaa. The mission is recommended for level 9, needs warp 5 to start and finish, and is picked up in Whinnul or Grenfil. It has two small fights and one theft. The reward is 2,500 Parsteel and 20 Recruit Tokens, a tidy payout for a short run at this level.

Stuck In The Past objectives

Four objectives, no choice split:

  • Defeat the Nausicaan Defender. Location: Fostaa. Enemy strength is roughly 1,377.
  • Steal T’Kama’s banners. Location: Fostaa.
  • Defeat T’Kama. Location: Fostaa. Enemy strength is roughly 2,300.
  • Kehren Sie zu Ihrer Station zurück.

Everything happens in Fostaa. A Nausicaan Defender guards the way in, at around 1,377 strength. With it gone you steal T’Kama’s banners and then face T’Kama at about 2,300. That second fight is the tougher of the two. Recall to your station afterwards to complete the mission.

Wo und welcher Warp

Stuck In The Past is offered in two systems, Whinnul und Grenfil. It needs warp 5 to start and warp 5 to finish, and the recommended level is 9.

Since all three action steps are in Fostaa, the run is a single trip from the pickup system into Fostaa and back to your station.

Stuck In The Past rewards

Belohnung Amount
Parsteel 2,500
Recruit Tokens 20

The mission does not unlock a follow-up part.

Other missions that visit Fostaa

Fostaa appears in a lot of low-level Missionen. Current game data for several of them:

Mission Recommended level Warp Belohnungen
Stuck In The Past 9 5 2,500 Parsteel, 20 Recruit Tokens
Korsar 9 5 5 1★ Survey Parts
Rubinlauf 10 5 1.000 Parsteel
Abruf 10 5 to start, 7 to complete 6.000 Parsteel
Flucht aus dem Nest 10 8 3 K’Bisch shards, 500 Officer XP, 60 Tritanium
Rote Fahnen 12 5 to start, 7 to complete 350 Tritanium

Among the level 9 and 10 options in this table, Stuck In The Past is the only one that pays Recruit Tokens, and its Parsteel sits in the middle of the range. Retrieval pays more Parsteel but needs warp 7 to finish.

Tips

Bring a ship that can beat about 2,300 strength. The Defender at around 1,377 is a warm-up, but T’Kama is about two thirds stronger, and that fight comes straight after the banner theft.

If the Defender fight left your ship badly damaged, repair before you steal the banners. The T’Kama fight follows the theft directly, and it is the one that decides the mission.

Save the Recruit Tokens until you have enough for a recruit pull. Twenty on their own go further when combined with tokens from other early missions.
