Operations 43 is a base milestone mission in Star Trek Fleet Command that completes on its own the moment your Operations building finishes its level 43 upgrade. Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, so no part of it involves travel or combat. The payout is 240 pieces of 4★ Ungewöhnlich refined material, split evenly between ore, crystal and gas, and finishing it opens the next milestone in the line.

Operations 43 objectives

One objective, and the upgrade is the whole of it.

  • Upgrade to Operations 43. No system is attached to this step. The work happens on your station.

Nothing branches here. There is no choice split, no enemy and no second step waiting behind the first. The mission watches the building and pays out when the level 43 upgrade lands, so you never pick it up from an officer and never hand it in anywhere.

Wo und welcher Warp

Warp 1 covers both the start and the finish. Both numbers sit at the floor because the objective has no destination attached, which means warp range never gates this mission whatever ship you have parked in drydock.

Your build queue is the real gate. Level 43 does not unlock until three other Gebäude are standing at the right level: Shipyard 42, Ship Hangar 42 and Defense Platform E 10. Miss any one of them and the Operations upgrade will not appear as an option, so check those three before you start hoarding resources for it. Defense Platform E 10 catches people out most often, since the E platform line runs well behind the Werft and hangar for most players at this stage.

Operations 43 rewards

Completing the upgrade pays out three stacks of refined material:

  • 80 4★ Uncommon Refined Erze
  • 80 4★ Uncommon Refined Kristall
  • 80 4★ Uncommon Refined Gas

Completing this one also opens the next part of the chain.

Set against what the Operations line costs, 240 refined mats is a nudge rather than a windfall. The level 42 step alone asks for 30,000 4★ Uncommon Refined Ore and level 44 wants another 16,500, so the reward covers a fraction of a percent of what the building itself consumes at this tier. Treat it as a small top-up on the way past, not a reason to rush the upgrade.

Tips

Price the upgrade before you commit. On current game data, Operations 43 costs 14.9328B Parsteel, 137.25M Tritanium, 45.75M Dilithium, 50,000 4★ Gemeinsame Refined Ore and 2,500 4★ Rare Refined Ore, with an unboosted build time of roughly 384 days. Construction speed research and speedups cut that figure down hard, and almost nobody runs a build this long at base speed.

Die Seltene refined ore is the awkward line item. Parsteel and Tritanium accumulate from mining and from the generator line, but 2,500 units of 4★ Rare Refined Ore comes out of refining, so start banking raw materials for it a week or two before the rest of the cost is ready. Running short on that one number is the usual reason a level 43 upgrade sits half-funded.

What you actually buy with the level is a point of Weapon Damage Bonus. Operations carries a bonus that scales with every level of the building, and it reads 42% at level 42 and 43% at level 43. One point on its own is small, but the bonus applies to every ship you own, and it compounds with the rest of the climb toward the level 45 and 50 marks.

Look one step ahead before you queue this. Level 44 raises the Parsteel bill to 22.3992B and level 45 pushes it to 31.82B with a build time near 648 days unboosted, so the resource curve steepens sharply right after this milestone. If you are pacing your station against a shard event or an alliance push, it is worth knowing that Operations 43 is the last comparatively cheap step in this band.

Keep the prerequisite buildings moving in the background. Shipyard and Schiffshangar both have to reach 42 for this level and 43 for the next, so leaving them parked while you save for Operations only creates a wait later. Alternating a shipyard or hangar level between Operations steps keeps the gate open every time you are ready to spend.
