One Final Line is a level 66 story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command and part of the Cult Eternus storyline. Intel from the Cult messages shows a sneak attack planned on Starbase-82, a civilian research station, and Picard asks you to help defend it while the Enterprise is still under repair. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 1300 to complete, splits into two ways of fighting, and pays 609,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel, 1,485,000,000 Dilithium and a 2 Day Σ-Speed Up whichever path you choose.
One Final Line objectives
The mission opens with one shared step, then asks how you want to defend the station:

Riker notes the station has mostly civilians aboard, and Worf asks why the Cult would bother with it. Picard’s answer is chaos: the Cult wants to spread fear. When you arrive in Endron Beta, Cult ships surround you and the assault is already underway, with what is left of the Federation’s thirteenth fleet holding the line. Picard offers two options.

On the flank, a cultist at about 7.5 billion strength blocks your way before the High Crusader. On the defensive line, you face the High Crusader directly. He is listed at about 9.15 billion either way. Beaten, he says the Speaker is always a step ahead, and destroys his own ship.

No pickup system is listed. The mission starts at warp 1, and every objective is in Endron Beta, which needs warp 1300. The recommended level is 66.

Tips
Since the rewards match, choose the defensive line if you want the shorter mission. It skips the cultist fight and leaves only the High Crusader. Flanking adds a fight at about 7.5 billion strength for no extra reward.
The High Crusader at about 9.15 billion is the fight to prepare for either way. Arrive in Endron Beta at full health, because the shared first step drops you straight into the attack.
