Crisis Response is an Andorian relief mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. You pick it up in Thama at warp 27, and it needs warp 30 to complete. The game lists a recommended level of 1. There are no fights: you assess disaster damage, donate 600K Tritanium, and ferry wounded Andorians home. The reward is 1,009,000 Parsteel, a good return if you have the Tritanium spare.
Crisis Response objectives
The story has the Andorians dealing with a natural disaster on Siiolux, and you step in to help with the relief effort. There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Assess the damage on Jolojuq. Location: Siiolux.
- Donate 600K Tritanium to the relief effort.
- Return the wounded Andorians to Andoria Prime. Location: Andoria.
The first step is travel to Siiolux. The donation has no location, so you can hand over the Tritanium from wherever your ship is once the step opens. The last step moves you on to Andoria, and the mission completes when you arrive there.
No hostile is listed at any point. The only costs are the Tritanium and the fuel for two jumps.

The pickup system is Thama, which needs warp 27 to reach. Completing the mission takes warp 30, a little more than the pickup, because of the trip out to Siiolux and on to Andoria.
The recommended level is listed as 1. What actually decides whether you can run it is warp 30 and 600K Tritanium in storage when the donation step opens.
Crisis Response rewards
The mission pays a single reward: 1,009,000 Parsteel. It does not unlock a follow-up mission.
Set against the donation, you trade 600K Tritanium for about 1M Parsteel. Whether that is a good exchange depends on which of the two resources is holding up your next upgrade.
Other Thama missions
Thama is the pickup system for several Andorian missions of the same scale. All of them need warp 27 to start and pay a large Parsteel reward. Current game data:

Crisis Response and Technological Marvels pay the same amount. Law and Order pays the most but is the only one with fights, and they are serious ones. Recompense also asks for a 600K Tritanium donation, so running both back to back needs 1.2M Tritanium in total.
Tips
Stockpile the Tritanium before you accept. The donation is the only thing that can stall this mission, and 600K is a lot to raise in a hurry. If Recompense is also in your log, plan for both donations.
Any ship with the range will do. With no combat, a survey or mining ship that reaches warp 30 finishes Crisis Response as well as a battleship would.
