Invincible is a level 63 side mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which the scientists of Montkreat ask you to stop a Corvallen mercenary, Ikta, whose raids have killed colonists. It is picked up in Montkreat and needs warp 1,100 to start and to complete. You defeat 20 hostiles of level 62 or higher, then Ikta’s ship at about 4.52 billion strength. The reward is only 3,500 Raw Σ-Parsteel, the smallest payout among the neutral level 63 side missions, so the story is the main reason to run it.
Invincible objectives
There are two objectives in a fixed order and no choice split:
- Defeat 20 hostiles of Level 62 or higher.
- Defeat the Corvallen ship. Location: Montkreat. Enemy strength about 4,516,578,656.
Doctor Kinna describes Montkreat as a former haven whose alien plants and animals drew a rush of researchers. Their expensive equipment made them an easy target: twenty-seven fatal attacks in ten days. Starfleet has not helped, and a former Starfleet captain was one of the first to turn on them. The Klingonen are not interested. The attacks are now led by Ikta, who feels invincible.
The system is full of hostile ships, so Maia plans some controlled mayhem to draw him out, which is the hostile step. Ikta complains that you are ruining a good thing that took time to build. After his ship is destroyed his crew take to escape pods, and Kinna thanks you for saving the colony and its work.

The mission is picked up in Montkreat, where the Ikta fight also happens. The twenty hostiles have no fixed system. Warp to start and to complete is 1,100, and the recommended level is 63.

It asks for the most kills of the six and pays the least. By comparison, Veils In Plain Sight pays 456,000 Raw Σ-Parsteel for one fight of the same strength plus a Dilithium donation.
Tips
If you are short on time, run the other level 63 side missions first. If you do take this one, count on the twenty hostiles taking a while, and repair before you face Ikta.
