Holo-Program: Regenerate is a single holodeck mission in Star Trek Fleet Command, recommended for level 40. It runs a Starfleet training program built to give cadets their first taste of the Borg: you wait for a Borg Probe, destroy it, and salvage a regeneration alcove for Seven. It needs warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, and the reward is a Sieben von Neun shard, 3,150,000 Tritanium and 370 4★ Gemeinsame Battleship Parts. With no travel and one fight, it is a fast shard if your ship can beat the probe.
Holo-Program: Regenerate objectives
There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Await the Borg’s arrival.
- Defeat the Borg Probe. Enemy strength about 3.6 million.
- Salvage the regeneration alcove for Seven.
Your crew finds the program and notes it was written for Starfleet cadets. Once it starts, a beacon activates, the Borg deliver their usual warning, and the red alert sounds. After the probe is destroyed, Seven asks you to extract a regeneration alcove from the wreck under a quarantine field and tow it home. She calls your methods crude but effective and wishes you luck at the Akademie.

No pickup system and no location is listed. Warp is 1 to start and 1 to complete, so there is nowhere to fly.
The recommended level is 40, and the Borg Probe, at roughly 3.6 million strength, is the only thing that decides whether you can finish.

Regenerate and House of Martok are the only two programs that need no travel at all. Regenerate is also the only one that pays ship parts, the 370 4★ Common Battleship Parts.
Tips
Send your best combat ship straight away. The first objective is only a wait, so the whole mission is the Borg Probe fight followed by the salvage step.
Keep the Battleship Parts in mind. If you are upgrading a 4★ Common battleship, 370 parts from a single short mission is a useful boost; otherwise the Tritanium and the shard are the main draw.
