Higher Plain is a level 16 station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with one objective: upgrade Operations to level 16. It runs at warp 1, never sends your ship anywhere and pays 65,000 Parsteel. Finishing it unlocks the next story mission. The reward covers most of the Parsteel the upgrade itself costs, so it is well worth having active when you start the build.
Higher Plain objectives
Es gibt ein Ziel und keine Verzweigung:
- Upgrade Operations to Level 16.
No system, hostile or donation is involved. The mission completes when Operations reaches level 16.
Wo und welcher Warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. The whole mission happens at your station.
The recommended level is 16. The real gate is the Operations upgrade and its requirements, covered below.
Higher Plain rewards
The reward is 65,000 Parsteel. Completing the mission also unlocks the next one in the chain.
What the Operations 16 upgrade needs
Operations level 16 requires Shipyard level 15 and Verteidigungstechnologien level 5. The upgrade costs:
| Ressource | Kosten |
|---|---|
| Parsteel | 81,600 |
| Tritanium | 1,500 |
| Dilithium | 500 |
| 2★ Common Refined Erze | 100 |
| 2★ Ungewöhnlich Raffiniertes Erz | 5 |
The build takes 1 day, 16 hours and 12 minutes before speed ups. The 65,000 Parsteel from Higher Plain pays back about 80 percent of the Parsteel cost.
A separate station mission, Upgrade der Operationen auf Stufe 16, has the same objective and pays 6,000 Tritanium and two 5 Minute Repair Speed Ups.
Higher Plain and neighbouring missions
Before Higher Plain comes Nari, where you find and defeat the Takret escapee. After it comes Dreifache Triade, where you defeat three dishonored fugitives in Cita Laga.
| Mission | Recommended level | Warp zum Abschließen | Belohnungen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nari | 15 | 13 | 25,000 Parsteel, 50 Premium Recruit Tokens, 1 Relocation Token |
| Höhere Ebene | 16 | 1 | 65,000 Parsteel |
| Dreifache Triade | 16 | 1 | 35,000 Parsteel |
Tips
Check the Shipyard and Defense Technologies requirements early. If either building is behind, the Operations upgrade cannot start, and Higher Plain will sit waiting.
Put the Parsteel from Nari toward the upgrade as well. For more missions around level 16, see the STFC mission guide.
