Forceful Extraction is a Federation mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you capture a disgraced Klingon General, Kraan the Merciless, so the Federation can interrogate him. You disable Kraan’s ship in Siiolux, clear ten hostiles in the same system and bring Kraan back to your station. The mission is picked up in Sirius and needs warp 38 to start and finish. The reward is 1,957,000 Parsteel.
Forceful Extraction objectives
Es gibt drei Ziele und keine Verzweigung:
- Disable Kraan the Merciless’s Ship. Location: Siiolux (enemy strength about 770,677).
- Defeat 10 Hostiles in Siiolux. Location: Siiolux.
- Return Kraan to your Station.
The mission opens with its only named fight: Kraan’s ship, listed at roughly 770,677 strength. After it is disabled, you need ten more kills inside Siiolux. This hostile objective is tied to the system, so kills elsewhere will not count. The last step is to bring Kraan home.
Wo und welcher Warp
You accept Forceful Extraction in Sirius. Warp 38 is needed both to start and to complete, and the only other system in the mission is Siiolux.
The game lists a recommended level of 1. What matters is warp 38, a fight at about 770,000 strength and ten more hostiles in Siiolux. Both systems are Föderation space: Sirius is a level 36 system and Siiolux a level 35 one. The whole mission stays inside those two systems, so once you have the warp, the only planning left is making sure your ship is repaired for Kraan.
Forceful Extraction rewards
The reward is 1,957,000 Parsteel. No reputation points, speed ups or items are listed, and the mission does not unlock a follow-up.
How Forceful Extraction compares at warp 38
Helix Delta is another warp 38 mission that pays only Parsteel.
| Mission | Pickup | Combat | Belohnungen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gewaltsame Extraktion | Sirius | Kraan’s ship (~770,677) and 10 hostiles in Siiolux | 1,957,000 Parsteel |
| Helix Delta | Alpha Onias | Vulkan Wissenschaft Vessel (~652,792), or pay 2M Tritanium instead | 3,199,000 Parsteel |
Helix Delta pays more Parsteel and lets you skip combat by paying, while Forceful Extraction has no alternative to fighting.
Tips
Go in at full health. Kraan’s ship is the first objective and the only named target, so there is no warm-up before it.
Stay in Siiolux for the ten kills. The objective names the system, so hostiles elsewhere will not count.
Do not forget the return trip. Kraan has to be delivered to your station before the mission completes. For more missions around warp 38, see the STFC mission guide.
