It has a recommended level of 46 and needs warp 130 both to pick up and to complete. The Demon sits at roughly 418,676 strength, which is light for this level, so the warp is the real gate. That is the whole mission. There is no donation, no kill count and no return trip listed. You pick the mission up in X5-TKV, win the fight there, and it completes.

The pickup system is X5-TKV, and both the start and the finish need warp 130. Because the pickup and the fight are in the same system, a ship that can reach the mission can also finish it.
The recommended level is 46. The Demon’s strength is low for that level: Die Illusion des Friedens, another level 46 mission, has two enemies at about 6.39 million each. If your ship can reach warp 130, this fight should not hold it back.

The warp climbs with each one, from 85 up to 185, and the opponent’s strength rises with it. A Second Chance pays the second-largest Parsteel reward of the four, behind only Last Chance Saloon, while asking for a far easier fight.
Compared with A Fateful Challenge, the step before it in level order, the Parsteel reward is about two and a half times larger while the opponent is less than three times as strong. For players who already have warp 130, that makes A Second Chance one of the easier big Parsteel payouts in the group.
Tips
Treat the warp as the only real hurdle. At around 418,676 strength, The Demon is a short fight for any ship that has the range for X5-TKV.
Save the repair speed ups. Thirty-six 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups cover nine hours of repair time, which is useful after harder fights elsewhere, including the later missions in the table above.
