Cover Charge is an Orion Syndicate mission in Star Trek Fleet Command in which you gather Encrypted Messages for the Syndicate. It lists a recommended level of 1, starts at warp 1 and needs warp 70 to finish, and it opens with a 1,000,000 Dilithium donation. After meeting a contact in Umxheli and collecting 10 Föderation Messages, you hand them over on Orion Prime. The reward is 120 each of 4★ Uncommon Refined Kristall, Gas and Erze. There is no fight in it, only the entry fee.
Cover Charge objectives
Es gibt fünf Ziele und keine Verzweigung:
- Donate 1,000,000 Dilithium to the Orion Syndicate’s coffers.
- Meet with the contact in Umxheli. Location: Umxheli.
- Collect 10 Federation Messages.
- Return the Encrypted Messages to the Syndikat on Orion Prime. Location: Orion.
- Donate 10 Encrypted Federation Messages to the Syndicate.
The mission title fits the first step. Before the Syndicate will deal with you, you pay 1 million Dilithium into its coffers. After that you travel to Umxheli to meet the contact, collect 10 Federation Messages, and bring the Encrypted Messages to Orion Prime, where the last step donates all 10 to the Syndicate.
No objective is a named fight, and no system is attached to the message collection step.
Wo und welcher Warp
Warp is 1 to start and 70 to complete. The two named systems are Umxheli and Orion, and warp 70 is the figure that covers the route.
The listed recommended level is 1. The 1,000,000 Dilithium entry fee and warp 70 are what decide when you can run it.
Cover Charge rewards
| Belohnung | Amount |
|---|---|
| 4★ Uncommon Refined Crystal | 120 |
| 4★ Uncommon Refined Gas | 120 |
| 4★ Ungewöhnliches Raffinerie-Erz | 120 |
Completing Cover Charge also unlocks the next part of the chain.
That is 360 4★ Uncommon refined units in total, split evenly across the three resource types. For scale, Operations 43 pays 80 of each at the same grade, so Cover Charge pays half again as much.
Tips
Have the Dilithium ready before you accept. The 1,000,000 Dilithium donation is the very first objective, so nothing else in the mission moves until it is paid.
Send a ship with warp 70 range. The mission has no named combat, so you do not need your main combat ship for it, only one that can reach Umxheli and Orion.
Expect to finish at Orion. The last two steps return the Encrypted Messages to Orion Prime and then donate 10 of them, so the mission closes at Orion rather than at your station.
Weigh the cost. One million Dilithium for 360 4★ Uncommon refined Ressourcen is a straight trade, and it is worth it if refined resources are what is holding up your next upgrade.
Die Loyalties chain, a level 10 tryout for the Orion Syndicate, also runs through Orion. Every other mission, sorted by level, is on the Missionsleitfaden.
