Conqueror Borg Scout

The Conqueror Borg Scout is a Borg survey-class hostile that roams neutral space from level 55 to 80. It only ever spawns as a Survey ship, so there is no hull-counter trick to play: bring your strongest level-appropriate warship and match its warp, which climbs from 320 at the low end to 6,000 near level 80. Kills drop Broken Survey Parts, from 5-star at the lower levels up to 7-star past level 70.

How to beat the Conqueror Borg Scout

This hostile appears only as a Survey ship, so the usual hull-counter triangle does not come into play. There is no Interceptor, Battleship, or Explorer version to match against, and nothing to swap as you move up the levels. Bring the strongest combat ship you have that can reach the system, and make sure your warp range covers the level you are hunting.

For crew, lead with a captain that boosts weapon damage against hostiles and fill the other seats with Offiziere that add damage or shield mitigation. Because this is a level 55 and up target, the old cadet starter crew is too weak to matter here; you want your current best mid-to-late-game officers. Crews shift with each meta update, so check the Officer Tier List for the picks that are strong right now.

From level 71 upward the Conqueror Borg Scout switches on two combat abilities that lower levels do not have. “Something to Prove” raises its Isolytic Damage by 4,575% at level 71, scaling up to 39,365% at level 80, and strips your ship’s Apex Barrier at the start of the fight. “Double Down” adds to its own Apex Barrier (20,500 at level 71, up to 64,750 at level 80) and keeps its Critical Damage from dropping below 100%. Both abilities are always active once you reach those levels, so the level 71 to 80 versions are an endgame fight that expects Isolytic weapons and Apex gear, not a mid-game farm.

Where to find the Conqueror Borg Scout

At the lower levels it clusters in neutral systems like Alma, Fee’Nan, and M2-Parcer at warp 320, then pushes deeper as the level climbs. By the mid-60s you are looking at warp 1,000 and up, and the level 80 version sits all the way out at warp 6,000 in Molan’Lar. Match your warp range to the row below before you set out.

Ebene Warp Systeme
55 320 Alma, Fee’Nan, M2-Parcer
57 320 Alma, Fee’Nan, M2-Parcer
59 440 Chari, Lor-925, Natehal
61 500 Ana’Wi, K’Biuk
63 1000 Amba-99, Ki’Ha
65 1200 Del Fine, Rua-V
66 1250 Del Fine
68 1400 Ste-Aid
70–71 1550 T-For
73 1600 Nic-B
75 3500 Aligar
76 4000 P’Vall-Ile
78 5000 R-Sha
80 6000 Molan’Lar

Rewards and what it drops

The Conqueror Borg Scout drops Broken Survey Parts, the salvage used to build and upgrade survey ships. Which star grade you get tracks the level you fight: 5-star parts at levels 55 to 59, 6-star from 61 to 70, and 7-star from 71 to 80. Ship XP also climbs steeply with level, so the higher spawns are worth more per kill toward ship leveling.

Ablegen What it is
5★ Broken Survey Parts Survey-ship build and upgrade material, dropped at levels 55–59 (400–1,514 per kill)
6★ Broken Survey Parts Higher-grade survey material, dropped at levels 61–70 (1,763–25,127 per kill)
7★ Broken Survey Parts Top-grade survey material, dropped at levels 71–80 (1,496–12,206 per kill)

Conqueror Borg Scout stats

Stats vary by hull variant and climb steeply with level, so a level 80 spawn is far tougher than a level 55 one. Here are low, mid, and high anchor points from the Daten.

Ebene Total strength Hull HP Shield HP Angriff Verteidigung Ship XP
55 97,483,790 45,830,608 47,707,207 32,999,457 17,715,425 7,070

Conqueror Borg Scout firing pattern

The Scout fires two weapons. Its Energy weapon hits every round for steady pressure, while its Kinetic weapon lands harder but only fires every other round, so time your shield mitigation or repairs around that heavier hit. Both can crit for 1.8 times damage. The figures below come from the lowest-level record and scale up with level.

Weapon type Count Damage per shot Fires Crit
Energie 1 3,998,617–4,887,227 Every round 10% (1.8x)
Kinetic 1 7,997,241–9,774,462 Every other round 10% (1.8x)

The Borg in Star Trek

The Borg are a cybernetic collective from the Delta Quadrant that assimilates other species and technology into a single hive mind linked by the Queen. First met by the Enterprise-D in “The Next Generation,” they became the Federation’s most feared threat, and their attack at Wolf 359 cost the fleet dozens of starships. Individual drones act as extensions of the Collective rather than as people, and they adapt to a weapon after it has hit them a few times. In Star Trek Fleet Befehl, the Conqueror Borg line is a late-game Borg incursion, which is why these ships carry Isolytic and Apex-tier abilities well beyond a standard patrol.

Is the Conqueror Borg Scout worth grinding?

It is worth it if you need Broken Survey Parts and can field a ship for the level band you want. The low-to-mid 50s spawns are an easy source of 5-star parts, while the level 71 and up versions turn into a real endgame fight once the Isolytic and Apex abilities kick in. Bring enough warp to reach the system, pick the highest level your ship can clear cleanly, and farm the grade of parts you actually need.
