Blast From the Past is a level 62 Klingon mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. A Klingon colony at Karis is showing signs of the Klingon Augment virus, and the doctor bringing the cure has been attacked on the way. You pick it up in Laquc and need warp 1,000 to start and to finish. After escorting Doctor Qahnar you track the outbreak to a trading ship. The reward is 177,000 Latinum, 94,000 6★ Raw Crystal and 3,600 Klingon Credits.
Blast From the Past objectives
There are five objectives and no choice split:
- Reach the stranded doctor. Location: Laquc.
- Defeat 12 hostiles of level 62 or higher.
- Deliver Qahnar to Karis. Location: Laquc.
- Find the trading ship. Location: Ternodak.
- Defeat the traders. Location: Ternodak (enemy strength about 2,618,077,029).
Qahnar’s ship has been disabled, and he believes someone wants the colony dead, so the 12 kills clear the attackers before you can take him to Karis. Once he is there, he finds the strain has been mixed with Levodian flu. The outbreak began right after an Independent trade ship left the colony, so you follow it to Ternodak. Scans show it is an armed research vessel with logs listing ten more colony stops for specimen distribution, and it opens fire when questioned. A file recovered from the wreck was sent to Section 31.

The pickup is Laquc, and the first half of the mission, the doctor and the colony, stays in that system. The traders are in Ternodak. Warp 1,000 is needed both to start and to complete. The 12 hostile kills have no fixed location, so any hostiles of level 62 or higher count. The game lists a recommended level of 62.

Tips
The 12 kills can be done anywhere, so there is no need to hunt near Laquc. Clear them with whatever hostiles are closest, then return to deliver the doctor.
The traders in Ternodak are the only named fight, at about 2.6 billion strength. It is the last objective, so you can repair before travelling there.
