Tips for completing Airiam’s Day
Airiam’s Day follows Das Geringste von mir im Discovery arc, so you reach it naturally as you work through that storyline. Part 1 never leaves your area and only asks for a small Parsteel payment, which makes it a quick start.
The fights are light for level 25. The strongest targets are the Independent ship in Part 2 and Terro’s ship in Part 5, both around 54,559, and the rest sit between about 43,849 and 44,970. A level 25 combat ship with a sensible crew should clear each one without trouble. Keep the 32 repair speed ups from Part 1 for any damage you take along the way.
The only open-ended objective is the 5 hostiles of level 25 or higher in Part 4. Any hostile of the right level counts, so knock them out in whatever system is closest rather than hunting in Nasturta. Doing them on the way there saves a trip.
Warp builds slowly: 15 for Part 2, 17 for Part 3, and 18 for the last two parts. The route runs from Sorenle and Elona in neutral space to Nabok and Nasturta in Romulan territory, so check your ship can reach the Romulan systems before you start Part 3. For other chains at this level, see the STFC mission guide.
Are the Airiam’s Day rewards worth it?
Yes, especially for officer progress. The chain pays 198,000 Officer XP across Parts 2 and 4, plus 777,000 Parsteel, 63,000 Tritanium, 8,000 Dilithium, 8 3★ refined gas, and 32 repair speed ups. The only cost is a small Parsteel cache in Part 1, and the fights are well within reach at level 25. It takes little time and moves the Discovery story forward, so there is no reason to skip it.
