A Pyrrhic Victory is a Romulan storyline mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you work with Sovren to strike at the heart of the Andorian Imperial Guard. The game lists a recommended level of 1, it starts at warp 1 and needs warp 24 to complete, and both fights happen at Thiros in the Noakyn system. The reward is 500 Romulan Recruit Tokens, 34 15 Minute Repair Speed Ups and Romulan reputation, and it unlocks Sacred Ground.
A Pyrrhic Victory objectives
Four objectives, no choice split:
- Join the Suliban assault on Thiros. Location: Noakyn.
- Destroy the Andorian Battleship. Location: Noakyn (enemy strength about 101,520).
- Destroy the USS Trinity. Location: Noakyn (enemy strength about 200,351).
- Retreat to the planet Delba. Location: Gradienten.
You join the Suliban attack on Thiros, sink an Andorian Battleship and then the USS Trinity. With both down, you pull back to Delba in Gradientes.

You can accept it at warp 1. Warp 24 is needed to complete it.
The recommended level is 1. The USS Trinity at about 200,000 strength is the harder fight and the one to plan for.
The route is simple: Noakyn for three objectives, then Gradientes for the retreat.

A Pyrrhic Victory needs less warp than the Missionen on either side of it, so if you reached it through Silik’s Legacy, range is not a concern.
Tips
Repair between the two fights if the Battleship hurt you. The USS Trinity is about twice as strong and comes straight after.
This is the Romulan side of the Andorian storyline around Noakyn. Federation players meet the same system in Kataklysmus und Angriffs-Formation, fighting for the Andorians instead.
The 34 repair speed-ups come to eight and a half hours of repair time, a useful cushion after a mission with back-to-back combat.
The 500 Romulan Recruit Tokens are the headline reward. If you are building a Romulanisch crew, this and Silik’s Legacy before it are two of the better recruit payouts in this storyline.
The Federation Points loss is small at under 7,000, so the mission does little damage to your standing with the Federation.
