A Crowded House is a three-part mission chain that begins with the rescue of a Federation enclave from the Borg and ends with you leading a united fleet against the Borg and the Node. All parts are recommended for level 51, and the chain starts with a report to Der Weltraum Nine in the Bajor system. Warp to complete is 150 for Part 1, 205 for Part 2 and 50 for Part 3. The finale pays 5 Ezri Dax shards, and the earlier parts pay Solo Outpost materials.

Tips for completing A Crowded House
Part 1 is the hardest part of the chain. The Borg Probe (about 17.9 million strength), the Borg Sphere (about 17.2 million) and the Borg Cube (about 17.6 million) come one after another in Avofall, so start with a fully repaired ship.
Part 2 is all travel and hostile kills: 6 hostiles of level 51 or higher in each of the two sectors. At warp 205 it is the longest trip in the chain.
Part 3 is short at warp 50, but all three of its fights sit in Brennan 9 at about 17.2 million strength each. There are no donations anywhere in the chain.
