Damned is a late story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with a short story line: fight back. You meet the allied fleets at Beta Niobe, then choose whether to defend Klingon or Federation space. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 80 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. Either way, the work is 15 kills against level 41 or higher hostiles. Defending Klingon space pays 300 Klingon Recruit Tokens; defending Federation space pays 3.15 million Tritanium and refined gas.

Damned objectives

Every player starts with the same two steps:

  • Meet with the fleets. Location: Beta Niobe.
  • Defend Klingon or Federation space?

Your answer decides where you go next.

Klingon Space

  • Enter Klingon Space. Location: T’ong.
  • Defeat 15 hostiles of Level 41 or higher.

Federation Space

  • Enter Federation Space. Location: New Calgary.
  • Defeat 15 hostiles of Level 41 or higher.

The two paths ask for the same work. Only the system you enter and the reward change.

Where and what warp

No pickup system is listed. The mission unlocks at warp 1, but completing it needs warp 80.

The game lists a recommended level of 1. There is no scripted boss, so the practical bar is a ship that can beat level 41 hostiles fifteen times and reach warp 80.

Damned rewards

Reward Klingon Space Federation Space
Klingon Recruit Token 300 None
Tritanium None 3,150,000
4★ Common Refined Gas None 190
4★ Uncommon Refined Gas None 22

Completing either path unlocks the next mission, Catch and Release.

Which space to defend

Since the objectives are identical, the choice is purely about rewards. Klingon Recruit Tokens suit players building a Klingon officer roster. The Federation path pays materials instead: 3.15 million Tritanium plus 212 4★ refined gas across two grades, which helps with late building upgrades.

How it compares with the missions around it

Mission Warp to complete Hostile kills Scripted fight Rewards
Alliance of Shadows 80 15 at level 41+ Servitor ship (~2,726,322) 1,900 Latinum, 340 Premium Recruit Token
Damned 80 15 at level 41+ None 300 Klingon Recruit Token, or 3,150,000 Tritanium and refined gas
Catch and Release 105 20 at level 41+ None 4 1 Day Speed Up, 6 3 Hour Repair Speed Up

Damned is the lightest of the three. It drops the Servitor fight from Alliance of Shadows, and Catch and Release raises both the kill count and the warp.

Tips

Hunt near the system you pick. Any level 41 or higher hostile counts, so clearing them around T’ong or New Calgary saves travel.

Target hostiles right at level 41. They count the same as tougher ones and cost less repair time across fifteen fights.
