Complicity is a Klingon faction mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you deliver a shipment from a Klingon trader to a Federation outpost in the neutral zone. You pick it up in Enthra at warp 19, and it needs warp 20 to complete. The game lists a recommended level of 1. There is one fight, a pursuing Starfleet vessel of about 54,559. The reward is 110 3★ Interceptor Parts, 46 5 Minute Repair Speed Ups and 8,000 Klingon Points, with a small Romulan loss.
Complicity objectives
There are three objectives and no choice split:
- Accept a delivery contract from the Klingon trader on KineQ. Location: Morska.
- Drop off the cargo at Starbase 74. Location: Gemet.
- Disable the pursuing Starfleet vessel. Location: Gemet. Enemy strength is roughly 54,559.
You collect the contract from the trader on KineQ in Morska, then take the cargo to Starbase 74 in Gemet. A Starfleet ship follows you there, and disabling it completes the mission. There is no return step.
Where and what warp
The pickup system is Enthra, which needs warp 19. Completing the mission needs warp 20, one more, to cover Morska and Gemet.
Enthra and Morska are Klingon systems, while Gemet is in Federation space. The recommended level is listed as 1, and the Starfleet vessel at about 54,559 is the only fight.

The 46 repair speed ups add up to 3 hours 50 minutes. Complicity does not unlock a follow-up mission.

Both start at warp 19, but Biohazard needs warp 48 to finish. Complicity pays more Klingon reputation for much less range.
Tips
Bring a combat ship, even though most of the mission is delivery. The Starfleet vessel at the end is a real fight at about 54,559.
Weigh the reputation trade. You gain 8,000 Klingon Points and lose 7,168 Romulan Points, close to an even swap between those two factions.
