Allegiances is a Star Trek Fleet Command mission in which you work to gain the loyalty of the Corvallens. You pick it up in Kaikara, it needs warp 13 to start and to finish, and its listed recommended level is 1. Most of the work is in Eisenhorn, where you clear 20 hostiles and defeat a Pirate Captain. The main rewards are 59,000 Parsteel and 180 2★ Battleship Parts, plus Romulan Points and Credits at a small Federation cost.
Allegiances objectives
There are four objectives and no choice split:
- Meet a Corvallen fleet in Eisenhorn. Location: Eisenhorn.
- Defeat 20 hostiles of level 19 or higher.
- Defeat the Pirate Captain. Location: Eisenhorn. Enemy strength is roughly 17,801.
- Return to the Corvallens in Eisenhorn. Location: Eisenhorn.
The mission opens and closes in Eisenhorn. You meet the Corvallen fleet there, clear the hostiles, beat the Pirate Captain and then report back to the Corvallens in the same system.
The 20 hostiles are the long part. They have to be level 19 or higher, and no system is attached to that objective, so the requirement is about the hostiles’ level rather than where you find them. The Pirate Captain comes after, at roughly 17,801 strength.
Where and what warp
Allegiances is picked up in Kaikara. Warp is 13 to start and 13 to complete, so the range that gets you to Kaikara covers the trip to Eisenhorn as well.
The listed recommended level is 1, but the level 19 floor on the hostiles is a better guide to when you can clear it. Plan on a ship that can handle level 19 targets 20 times in a row.

Completing Allegiances also unlocks the next part of the chain.
The 180 2★ Battleship Parts are the standout line for anyone working on a battleship, and 59,000 Parsteel is a solid amount at this warp range. The faction side is small: 250 Romulan Points and 25 Romulan Credits in, 114 Federation Points out.
Tips
Bring a combat ship built for grinding. Twenty kills at level 19 or higher is the bulk of the mission, and the Pirate Captain waits at the end of it.
Watch the Federation hit if you are building Federation reputation. It is only 114 points, but the mission has no choice split, so there is no way to avoid it.
The faction reward matches Path 3 of To Seek Out New Life Forms exactly: 250 Romulan Points, 25 Romulan Credits and -114 Federation Points. Kaikara, the pickup system here, is also where A Bitter Taste sends you to meet K’Ran, and that mission’s IRW Taurian has the same 17,801 strength as the Pirate Captain.
