Upgrade Warehouses: Level 8 is an early station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command that asks for two upgrades at once: the Parsteel Warehouse and the Tritanium Warehouse, both to level 8. It needs only warp 1 and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 2,400 Tritanium, which is generous next to the early single-building missions, and completing it unlocks the next station mission.
Upgrade Warehouses: Level 8 objectives
There are two objectives and no choice split:
No system is named, no hostile is listed and nothing is donated. The mission clears when both warehouses reach level 8. The two objectives do not depend on each other, so you can build them in whichever order suits your queue.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start, warp 1 to complete, no pickup system. The whole mission happens on your station. The recommended level is listed as 1, and the two upgrades are the only requirement.
What the two upgrades cost

Both need Operations 8. Each also needs its matching generator at level 8, so Parsteel Generator A and Tritanium Generator A have to be raised first. Together the two upgrades cost 6,100 Parsteel and 110 Tritanium, and the 2,400 Tritanium reward is more than twenty times the Tritanium you spend.

The level 8 mission is a clear step up from the single-building warehouse missions before it, partly because it covers two buildings in one go.
Tips
Raise the generators first. Parsteel Generator A 8 and Tritanium Generator A 8 are the real prerequisites. Each warehouse upgrade stays locked until its matching generator reaches level 8, and both warehouses also need Operations 8, so check all three buildings before you plan the mission.
Start the Tritanium Warehouse first. At 44 minutes of base build time it is the longer of the two, so getting it going early lets the 24 minute Parsteel Warehouse fit in afterwards.
