The story line tells you to upgrade the Tritanium Warehouse to increase your Tritanium capacity. There is one objective and no choice split:

No system is named, no hostile is listed and nothing is donated. The mission clears when the warehouse reaches level 4.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start and warp 1 to complete, with no pickup system. Everything happens on your station.
The recommended level is 1. The real gate is the building upgrade itself, which has its own requirements.
What the level 4 upgrade needs
In current game data, the Tritanium Warehouse first unlocks at Operations 6 with Tritanium Generator A at level 1. The level 4 upgrade itself looks like this:

The warehouse mission pays a little more Tritanium than the generator missions either side of it.
Tips
Do the generator first. Tritanium Generator A 4 is a requirement for this upgrade, and it has its own mission, so the two naturally go in that order.
