Upgrade Drydock B to Level 3 is an early station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with one objective: raise Drydock B to level 3. It needs only warp 1, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade is the only requirement. The reward is 260 Tritanium and three 1 Minute Repair Speed Ups, and completing it unlocks the next Drydock B mission. The story line explains why the building matters: upgrading the Drydock improves the repair times of the ship assigned to it. There is one objective and no choice split:

No system is named, no hostile is listed and nothing is donated. The mission clears when Drydock B reaches level 3.
Where and what warp
Warp 1 to start, warp 1 to complete, no pickup system. The whole mission happens on your station. The recommended level is listed as 1, and the upgrade is the only real gate.

The early Drydock B missions pay a few hundred Tritanium each, and the reward climbs sharply by level 7.
Tips
Upgrade right away. At 3,500 Parsteel and four and a half minutes of base build time, level 3 is quick, and the mission keeps the drydock chain moving.
Save the 1 Minute Repair Speed Ups for small repairs. They are tiny, but early ships take light damage often, and a few minutes shaved off gets a ship back out sooner.
