Stockpiling Dilithium

Stockpiling Dilithium is a level 10 station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with one objective: construct a Dilithium Warehouse. It needs only warp 1 to start and to finish, and there is no fight or travel. The reward is 7,500 Parsteel and 25 Dilithium, and finishing it unlocks the next mission, Making an Impression. It is a quick build that gives your Dilithium somewhere to go.

Stockpiling Dilithium objectives

The story line reads: build a Dilithium storage facility. There is one objective and no choice split:

  • Construct a Dilithium Warehouse.

No system is named, no hostile is listed and nothing is donated. The mission clears when the Dilithium Warehouse is finished on your station.

Where and what warp

Warp 1 to start, warp 1 to complete, and no pickup system. The whole mission happens on your station.

The recommended level is 10. The Dilithium Warehouse unlocks at Operations 10 once Dilithium Generator A is built, so those two requirements are the real gate.

Stockpiling Dilithium rewards

Reward Amount
Parsteel 7,500
Dilithium 25

Completing the mission also unlocks Making an Impression.

Where it sits in the story

Mission Objective Rewards
Tritanium Miner Mine 50 Tritanium and bring it home 4,000 Parsteel, 20 1★ Survey Parts, 50 Ship XP
Breakthrough Construct Dilithium Generator A 5,000 Parsteel, 10 Dilithium
Stockpiling Dilithium Construct a Dilithium Warehouse 7,500 Parsteel, 25 Dilithium
Making an Impression Two objectives, warp 8 5 2★ Interceptor Parts, 20 Recruit Tokens

All four are level 10 missions. Breakthrough builds your first Dilithium generator, and Stockpiling Dilithium follows with the warehouse to store what it produces. Making an Impression then sends you back out, to warp 8.

Tips

Build Dilithium Generator A first if you skipped Breakthrough. The warehouse needs it before it can be placed.

The Dilithium Warehouse stores all the Dilithium you collect, and upgrading it raises that capacity. The warehouses and vaults page covers the storage buildings in detail.

Put the 7,500 Parsteel straight into your next station upgrade. Other missions around this level are on the mission guide.
