Reintegration is a story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command where you need to find another Verterium Cortenide core. The Orion Syndicate has what you need at the Orion Prime market, and you choose whether to pay for it or take it by force. Either way, the resources go to Khol in Enthra. The mission starts at warp 1 and needs warp 19 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. Paying pays you back in refined crystal; attacking pays Premium Recruit Tokens and Parsteel.

Reintegration objectives

The mission opens with one shared step and then branches:

  • Visit the Orion Prime market. Location: Orion.
  • How will you get the resources from the Orion Syndicate? This is the choice split.

Pay for the Cortenide

  • Pay 7,000 Tritanium for the samples.
  • Return the resources to Khol. Location: Enthra.

Rewards: 15 2★ Uncommon Refined Crystal and 250 3★ Common Refined Crystal.

Attack the Syndicate member

  • Disable the Orion vessel. Location: Orion. Enemy strength is roughly 30,071.
  • Return the resources to Khol. Location: Enthra.

Rewards: 75 Premium Recruit Tokens and 50,000 Parsteel.

Where and what warp

The mission appears at warp 1 and needs warp 19 to complete. Orion is the first stop on both paths, and Enthra, where Khol waits, is the last.

The recommended level is listed as 1. On the paying path the only cost is 7,000 Tritanium; on the attacking path you need a ship that can disable a 30,071 strength Orion vessel.

Reintegration rewards

Choice Cost or fight Rewards
Pay for the Cortenide 7,000 Tritanium 15 2★ Uncommon Refined Crystal, 250 3★ Common Refined Crystal
Attack the Syndicate member Orion vessel, about 30,071 75 Premium Recruit Tokens, 50,000 Parsteel

Either path unlocks the next mission, Collision Course.

Which choice to make

The paying path is safe but costs 7,000 Tritanium. In return you get refined crystal, including 250 3★ Common Refined Crystal, which building upgrades in the 20s ask for. For example, the Shipyard’s level 25 upgrade needs 700 3★ Common Refined Crystal, so this is more than a third of that.

The attacking path costs nothing but a fight, and pays 50,000 Parsteel plus 75 Premium Recruit Tokens. If your combat ship can handle about 30,000 strength and you are short on Parsteel or want recruitment pulls, attacking is the better return.

The deciding factor is usually what your next upgrade is waiting on. Crystal shortages favour paying; Parsteel shortages favour attacking.

Khol in Enthra is the final stop on both paths, so the last leg is the same whichever way you choose.

Tips

If you attack, go in at full hull. The Orion vessel is the only fight in the mission, but at about 30,071 strength it deserves a proper combat ship.

If you pay, have the 7,000 Tritanium ready before you reach the market so the mission does not stall in Orion.

Plan the route. Both paths end in Enthra, so a ship with the warp to reach it from Orion is all you need. The mission before this one is Paranoia, and the next is Collision Course.
