Operations 49 is a station-building mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. Its one objective is to upgrade your Operations building to level 49, and it pays 22 each of 4★ Rare Refined Ore, Crystal and Gas. It needs warp 1 to start and finish, lists a recommended level of 1, and unlocks the next mission in the Operations series. There is nothing to fly or fight, and the reward covers all three refined resource types at the 4★ Rare grade.

There is no choice split, no travel and no combat. The objective clears when your Operations building reaches level 49, and the reward is then ready to claim.
Where and what warp
Warp is 1 to start and 1 to complete, and no system is listed. The whole mission happens at your station, so warp range and ship choice do not matter.
The listed recommended level is 1. What decides when this mission completes is the Operations 49 upgrade itself.

Operations 49 pays fewer units than Operations 41 or 43, but at the Rare grade rather than Uncommon. Counted across all three resources, Operations 49 pays 66 Rare refined units in total, against 210 Uncommon units from Operations 41 and 240 from Operations 43.
Tips
Claim it as soon as Operations reaches 49. Like every mission in this series, it needs no ship and no trip, so the reward is waiting for you the moment the upgrade lands.
Plan how you will use the Rare refined resources before they arrive. You get 22 of each type, so decide which of your upgrades needs ore, crystal or gas most.
Do not wait on it. Since the mission completes through a station upgrade you would make anyway, there is no extra cost to running it.
