Hidden Agendas

Hidden Agendas is a five-part mission chain in TOS Arc 3, picking up after the Leviathan chain. You ride along with the Enterprise crew to trace a civilian distress call that leads into a Kriosian slave-trading ring and, by the finale, a shapeshifter hunt. All five parts sit at recommended level 40 and start close to home, though most push you out to warp 53 (warp 45 on the last part). The payoff spans recruit tokens, a 19.8M Parsteel haul, refined materials, and TOS officer shards.

Each part mixes travel and combat, with several fights sitting near the 3.4M to 3.6M enemy strength mark, so the chain rewards a ship and crew already comfortable at level 40. The guide below breaks down every part in order: the objectives and where they happen, the warp you need, and exactly what each part pays out. The finale is the only one that branches, and the section for Part 5 lays out both choices side by side.

Hidden Agendas Part 1

The chain opens with a civilian distress signal that the Enterprise wants a second ship to help investigate. You start by meeting the Enterprise in Benzar, then follow the signal to Shino, where the situation turns into a fight before you sweep the surface of Kumixo for survivors.

  • Rendezvous with the USS Enterprise in Benzar.
  • Investigate the distress signal emanating from Shino.
  • Defend yourself against the attacker in Shino (enemy strength around 3.6M).
  • Check for survivors on the surface of Kumixo.

Warp to complete: 53. Recommended level 40.

Rewards: 1,699,000 Tritanium, 340,000 Dilithium, and 500 Premium Recruit Tokens.

Hidden Agendas Part 2

With the distress call traced, the trail leads to a Kriosian slave-trading ring.

  • Find the slave trading hub in Subezac.
  • Defeat 15 hostiles of level 38 or higher.
  • Perform an orbital strike on the grounded slaver fleet in Subezac.
  • Defeat the Kriosian slaver in Subezac (enemy strength around 3.36M).

Warp to complete: 53. Recommended level 40.

Rewards: 19,802,000 Parsteel, 120 4★ Uncommon Refined Ore, and 500 Federation Recruit Tokens.

Hidden Agendas Part 3

The slavers give chase, and you cover the Enterprise’s escape across three systems. This is the longest part by objective count, and it strings together three separate fights in Xices, Nekosa, and Alpha Centauri with only short hops between them, so keep an eye on hull health as you go.

  • Help the Enterprise escape its pursuers in Xices.
  • Defeat the assailant in Xices (enemy strength around 3.6M).
  • Continue the escape into Nekosa.
  • Defeat the next assailant in Nekosa (enemy strength around 3.36M).
  • Make one last push to escape in Alpha Centauri.
  • Defeat the final assailant in Alpha Centauri (enemy strength around 3.49M).
  • Return to your station.

Warp to complete: 53. Recommended level 40.

Rewards: 120 4★ Uncommon Refined Gas, 200 Ship XP, and 80 15-minute repair speedups.

Hidden Agendas Part 4

Spock turns to the wreckage to work out who Tamara really is.

  • Scan the debris of the attacker’s ship in Shino.
  • Retrieve the black box from the crash site in Shino.
  • Return to your station.
  • Rush to intercept the USS Enterprise in Sirius.

Warp to complete: 53. Recommended level 40.

Rewards: 120 4★ Uncommon Refined Crystal, 55,000 Officer XP, and 110 15-minute speedups.

Hidden Agendas Part 5

The finale is a rescue: the Enterprise crew is in the hands of the shapeshifter.

  • Pursue the USS Enterprise in Axanar.
  • Defend yourself from the USS Enterprise in Axanar (enemy strength around 3.6M).
  • Decide the shapeshifter’s fate.

This part branches on how you decide the shapeshifter’s fate. Both choices close with a return to your station but hand out different rewards:

First choice:

Second choice:

  • 5 TOS Pavel Chekov shards
  • 1 one-day Peace Shield
  • 400 4★ Common Interceptor Parts

Warp to complete: 45. Recommended level 40.

Tips for completing Hidden Agendas

  • Warp planning is simple here: every part reaches warp 53 except the finale at 45, so a ship configured for a round trip to 53 covers the whole chain.
  • Combat comes up often. Several defend and defeat objectives land near 3.4M to 3.6M enemy strength, and Part 2 asks for 15 hostiles of level 38 or higher, so bring a combat-ready ship and crew tuned for a level-40 fight.
  • The Part 5 split only changes the officer shards (Scott versus Chekov) and the part type (Explorer versus Interceptor). The Peace Shield is the same either way, so choose based on which officer or hull you are building toward.
  • This chain sits in TOS Arc 3 and follows Leviathan Part 10, so you will already be operating in this level band by the time it unlocks.

Are the Hidden Agendas rewards worth it?

For a level-40 chain, the returns are solid. Part 2 alone drops nearly 20 million Parsteel, and the two recruit token batches (Premium and Federation) feed straight into officer pulls. The finale’s five TOS officer shards plus a one-day Peace Shield give a clear reason to see it through, especially if you are working toward Scott or Chekov. The refined ore, gas, and crystal across the middle parts are steady mid-tier rewards rather than the headline, and the speedups from Parts 3 and 4 help offset the repair time the running fights cost you. Taken together, it is a worthwhile chain to clear once you are sitting comfortably at level 40.
