Fugitive is a level 14 transport mission in Star Trek Fleet Command. You pick up a Yridian information dealer in the Orion system and carry the Yridian to Cita Laga, and that single trip is the whole mission. It needs warp 8 to start and warp 11 to complete. The reward is 20 Recruit Tokens and an Orion Manifest. With no fights and one objective, it is a quick job for any ship with the range.
Fugitive objectives
There is one objective and no choice split:
- Transport the Yridian to the Cita Laga system. Location: Cita Laga.
No hostile, donation or scan is listed. Accept the mission in Orion, fly to Cita Laga, and the mission completes when you arrive with your passenger.
Where and what warp
Fugitive is offered in Orion. You need warp 8 to accept it and warp 11 to complete it, so the completion range is three higher than the pickup range.
The recommended level is 14. Since there is no combat, warp 11 is the only requirement that matters. Orion is a level 12 system and Cita Laga a level 15 system, so the trip stays in space that a level 14 commander will already know well, and there is nothing to prepare beyond the range.

The mission does not unlock a follow-up.
How Fugitive compares with nearby missions
Cita Laga is also the start and end point of Hos, a science mission that pays recruit tokens for a scanning loop. Yridian dealers turn up in Hollowed as well, where you expose one who is spreading lies.

All three are combat-free. Fugitive and Hos share warp 11 and both end in Cita Laga, so they fit well into the same trip.
Tips
Send a spare ship. With no hostiles on the route, a mining or survey ship can carry the Yridian while your combat ships keep working.
Check your warp first. The pickup needs warp 8, but Cita Laga needs 11, so a ship that barely reaches Orion may not be able to finish.
