Enaran Execution Post is an Epic Chaos Tech artifact that slots onto one of your ships. Its headline effect gives you up to an 85% chance to set hostiles and armada targets on fire at the start of every round, and it turns the Gorn Eviscerator into a specialist against Gorn Hunters by lifting that ship’s Isolytic Damage and the Apex Isomatter it earns. If Gorn Hunters are part of your grind, this is a strong pickup.
What Enaran Execution Post does
The main draw is the Burning effect. Each round of combat against a hostile or an armada, the Post rolls for a chance to apply Burning for two rounds, and that chance climbs as you tier and level the piece. There is one catch worth planning around: the Burning roll does not fire while the officer Tal is on your bridge, so keep the two off the same ship.
| Buff | Unlocks at tier | Unlock value | Max value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chance to apply Burning for 2 rounds vs hostiles and armadas | Tier 1 | 10% chance | 85% chance |
| Isolytic Damage for the Gorn Eviscerator vs Gorn Hunters | Tier 1 | 100% | 10,000% |
| Apex Isomatter gained from defeating Gorn Hunters | Tier 2 | 2,000% | 100,000% |
In practice the Burning proc is a steady damage-over-time layer that any hostile or armada crew can use, while the other two buffs are narrow: they only pay out when a Gorn Eviscerator is fighting Gorn Hunters, where they stack a large Isolytic Damage boost with a much bigger Apex Isomatter haul.
How to get Enaran Execution Post
Enaran Execution Post runs on the Chaos Tech economy, which lives in the Continuum refinery. You open a Chaos Tech slot (or clear a piece off a ship) with Chaos Tech Fusion Rods, earned in the refinery or bought from the Store. The raw materials come through Chaos Tech Fragments, which you collect as excess Chaos Tech shards and then exchange into usable Chaos Tech materials in the refinery. Work the refinery loop to gather what you need rather than expecting the piece from a single source.
Upgrading Enaran Execution Post
Two separate tracks improve the piece. Tiering up raises the level cap and switches on the later buff (the Apex Isomatter bonus arrives at tier 2), and it uses Chaos Tech Tier-Up Catalyst. Leveling up scales the values inside each buff, and it uses Chaos Tech Reactor and Chaosmatter. You push tiers to unlock and lift the ceiling, then grind levels to reach the numbers above.
| Tier | Level cap | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 5 | Starting tier, no cost |
| Tier 7 | 35 | 18,000 Chaos Tech Tier-Up Catalyst |
| Tier 12 | 60 | 22,000 Chaos Tech Tier-Up Catalyst |
Reaching the max tier of 12 costs 182,800 Chaos Tech Tier-Up Catalyst in total. Taking it from level 2 to the max level of 60 costs 112,800 Chaos Tech Reactor and 261,475 Chaosmatter across all levels.
Best ships and uses for Enaran Execution Post
This is a Hostiles-focused piece, so it belongs on a ship you use to grind. The Burning chance helps any hostile grinder or armada ship, and it scales best once the piece is high tier and level. If you run Gorn Hunters, the natural home is the Gorn Eviscerator, where the Isolytic Damage buff and the Apex Isomatter bonus both come alive against that target. Just remember to leave Tal off that bridge so the Burning roll keeps working. For target-picking help see our hostile guide, and if you fold this into armada runs, our solo armadas page covers those crews.
Enaran Execution Post in Star Trek
The Enarans are a canon species from the Next Generation episode “Violations,” a telepathic people able to share and enter one another’s memories, which is exactly how one of them assaulted the Enterprise crew in that story. The Execution Post itself is a game-original device rather than something shown on screen. In the game’s telling, Enaran society stayed peaceful only through control: citizens who rejected new technology, the so-called Regressives, were exiled and watched, and the Post became the society’s brutal answer when surveillance was not enough. Restrained prisoners were engulfed in a purple glow that ended their lives in seconds, a public symbol of order as much as a weapon.
Is Enaran Execution Post worth it?
For Gorn Hunter farmers this is close to a must-have, since nothing else stacks that much Isolytic Damage and Apex Isomatter onto the Gorn Eviscerator against that target. If you do not touch Gorn Hunters, you are buying it for the Burning proc alone, which is useful on a general grinder but a smaller reason to spend Chaos Tech on an Epic. Chase it hard if the Gorn loop is your priority, and tier it to at least 2 so the Apex Isomatter bonus is active before you invest in levels.
