Broken Mirror is an early story mission in Star Trek Fleet Command and the second step in the search for the missing Commander Spock. You track down a Rigellian informer in Fostaa, deal with a Nausicaan Raider that gets in the way, and follow the lead to the Nausicaa system. It starts at warp 1 and needs warp 8 to complete, and the game lists a recommended level of 1. The reward is 75 Premium Recruit Tokens, 20 Recruit Tokens and 11,000 Officer XP.
Broken Mirror objectives
Four objectives across two systems, with no choice split:
- Find the Rigellian Informer. Location: Fostaa.
- Destroy the Nausicaan Raider. Location: Fostaa. Enemy strength is roughly 1,870.
- Speak with the Rigellian Informer. Location: Fostaa.
- Travel to the Nausicaa system. Location: Nausicaa.
Three of the four steps happen in Fostaa. You find the informer, clear out the Nausicaan Raider, then go back to the informer for the information on Spock. The last step is a jump to Nausicaa, which is where the next mission picks up the trail.
Wo und welcher Warp
The mission is available from warp 1. To finish it you need warp 8, and Nausicaa is the stop that asks for it. Fostaa, where most of the work happens, sits on the way.
The recommended level is 1. The Nausicaan Raider, at about 1,870 strength, is the only fight and a small target for any crewed combat ship.

Looking Glass sends you through Imgra and Honsao; Broken Mirror picks up in Fostaa and ends in Nausicaa; The Kelvin Paradox then has you find the Jellyfish in Nausicaa and rescue Spock from it. Broken Mirror is the part with the recruitment rewards, while the parts on either side pay Ressourcen and ship parts.
Tips
Spend the Premium Recruit Tokens on recruitment pulls as soon as they arrive. At this stage every new officer helps fill out a crew, and 75 premium tokens is a generous early payout.
Put the Officer XP into your captain. 11,000 Officer XP levels an early officer by several steps, which helps with the Jellyfish fight in the next part.
Fly straight on. The mission ends in Nausicaa and the first objective of The Kelvin Paradox is in the same system, so you can go directly into the next part without a return trip.
