Upgrade Operations to Level 32 is a station mission in Star Trek Fleet Command with one objective: raise Operations to level 32. It starts and finishes at warp 1, and the game lists a recommended level of 1, so the upgrade is all that stands in the way. The reward is 4,000,000 Tritanium and two 1 Hour Repair Speed Ups. That is about three times the Tritanium the level 32 upgrade itself costs, so the mission more than pays for its own Tritanium bill.

The story line reads: Operations houses the Command center and the Station’s main computer. There is one objective and no choice split:

What Operations 32 needs
Current building data lists three buildings that must be at level 31 first: Shipyard, Defense Platform C and Defense Platform D.
The upgrade costs about 72.66 million Parsteel, 1.34 million Tritanium, 445,250 Dilithium, 2,100 3★ Common Refined Ore and 630 3★ Ungewöhnlich Refined Ore. Unboosted, it takes 15 days 18 hours.
Operations also raises the Weapon Damage of all your ships as it levels. The bonus is listed at 30% at level 30 and 35% at level 35.

From level 31 onward the Tritanium climbs by a million per level while the repair speed ups stay at two 1 Hour ones. Level 32 is the first step where the jump is a full million.
Operations 33 is a bigger build. It needs Shipyard 32, Parsteel Warehouse 32 and Parsteel Vault 32, costs about 112.4 million Parsteel and 2.07 million Tritanium, and takes almost 23 days unboosted. The 4 million Tritanium from this mission covers that Tritanium cost with room to spare.
Tips
Raise Verteidigungsplattformen C and D alongside the Shipyard. All three have to be at 31, and the defense platforms are easy to forget until Operations is ready to go.
Bank the Tritanium for Operations 33. It covers that upgrade’s Tritanium cost in full, which leaves Parsteel as the resource to plan around.
