Tribune Panzerkreuzer

The Tribune is a grade 4 Epic Romulan Battleship built around one idea: punish a burning enemy. Its Fire Barrage ability doubles every weapon’s shots while the target is on fire, and a heavy kinetic gun backs that up. You unlock the build at Shipyard level 50, and it stays a capable grade 4 combat ship until you scrap it for grade 5 parts around Betrieb 57.

How to get the Tribune

The Tribune needs 650 blueprints, a Shipyard at level 50, and a supporting research project before you can start the build. Once those are in place the construction cost is steep:

  • 275.000.000 Tritanium
  • 12,000,000 Dilithium
  • 9,000 4★ Common Refined Erze
  • 3,150 4★ Common Refined Kristall

Build time runs to 250 days at base, so most captains lean on build-time bonuses and speedups rather than waiting it out. The Daten does not tie the blueprints to a single source, so plan to collect them wherever Romulan grade 4 prints show up in your server’s current rotation.

Tribune ability

The Tribune’s always-on ability is Fire Barrage. If the opponent is Burning at the start of a round, the ship increases the number of shots each weapon fires by 100% for that round. That bonus grows with ship level, from 100% at level 1 up to 500% at level 60.

The condition is what makes it work. Fire Barrage does nothing on its own, so you need a reliable source of Burn on the enemy. When it lands, adding a full extra volley (or more) to every weapon for a round turns the Tribune into a burst-damage battleship.

Tribune active abilities

Beyond the always-on ability, the Tribune can unlock two player-triggered abilities through refits.

Schiffstarnung hides the ship until the cloak’s duration runs out, you enter combat, start mining, or dock at a station. It lets you move through hostile space or reposition in PvP without being seen.

Weapon Barrage increases the number of shots per weapon against players by 30%. It is a PvP tool that stacks extra volleys on top of Fire Barrage when you fight other captains.

Both run on a cooldown that shortens as the ship tiers up, and both have to be switched on with a refit before you can use them.

Stats and tiers

Base values from the current game data; research, buffs and Offiziere raise them in play.

Ebene Warp (speed / range) Impulse Cargo (protected) Shield HP Hull HP Health (displayed)
Stufe 1 3.5 / 180 72 100,000 (2,500) 353,218 636,773 494,995.5
Stufe 6 4.0 / 215 72 100,000 (2,500) 530,893 957,080 743,986.5
Stufe 12 4.6 / 295 72 100,000 (2,500) 853,267 1,538,250 1,195,758.5

Weapons and firing pattern

Warm-up is the round a weapon first fires; cool-down is how many rounds pass between shots after that. Values shown at max tier 12.

Waffe Typ Shots Warm-up Cool-down Damage Crit chance Crit damage
Waffe 1 Energie 2 1 1 57,891–69,465 10% 150%
Waffe 2 Energie 6 2 3 57,889–69,469 10% 150%
Waffe 3 Kinetic 2 2 2 154,373–169,810 10% 150%

Weapon 3 is the kinetic hitter, dealing more than double the per-shot damage of the energy Banken. Because Fire Barrage adds shots to every weapon, that heavy kinetic gun is where a barrage round pays off most.

Crew slots and officer bonus

Officer slots open up as the ship levels:

Ship level Officer slots
5 1
10 2
20 3
30 4
40 5
45 6
55 7

The Tribune also raises your officers’ stats as it progresses. Attack, defense and health all use the same ladder, so one figure covers all three:

Amount Bonus
1,500 50%
3,000 100%
4,875 150%
6,750 200%
9,000 250%
12,000 300%
16,500 350%
22,500 400%
30,000 450%
45,000 500%

Tribune refits

The Tribune has three refits, unlocked with ship shards. Two switch on the active abilities above, and the third is a skin that also carries a combat bonus.

Nachrüstung What it does
Tribune Cloaking Enables the Ship Cloaking ability. Costs 120 shards to unlock.
Tribune Weapon Barrage Unlocks the Weapon Barrage ability. Requires a level 50 Armory and 120 shards.
Hijacked TOS Tribune Applies the TOS Bird of Prey skin and adds +100% weapon damage against hostiles. Costs 80 shards.

Crew for the Tribune

The Tribune is a Battleship, so its crew wants to push weapon output and keep the hull alive in a slugging match. The ship’s own ability points to the real priority: Fire Barrage only triggers while the enemy is Burning, so your bridge should include an officer who applies Burn, then build around weapon damage and survivability from there.

Rather than lock in a single crew that the meta will move past, check the Officer Tier List for current Burn setters and battleship captains. Good crews shift as new officers arrive, so treat any recommendation as a starting point and test it against the enemies you actually fight.

The Tribune in Star Trek

The Tribune is an original design created for Star Trek Fleet Befehl rather than a ship from the films or series, so there is no screen history to draw on. Within the game’s fiction it is a front-line Romulan Star Empire battleship, mass-produced at Reman construction sites during the Empire’s war with the Föderation and the Klingons. Its wide, feather-plated wings echo the bird-of-prey styling that runs through Star Trek’s Romulanische Schiffe, which is why the TOS Bird of Prey skin sits on it so naturally.

Is the Tribune worth it?

For a grade 4 Episch, the Tribune is a strong combat pick if you can feed it Burn. Fire Barrage scales hard with ship level, and the kinetic main gun gives it real punch against hostiles and players alike. It becomes scrappable at Operations 57, so later on it doubles as a source of grade 5 parts. Chase it if you want a Romulan battleship that rewards a Burn-focused crew, and skip it if you have no way to set Burn.
